| 1Supply, install, testing and commissioning of air cooled Variable Refrigerant Volume/Flow (VRV/VRF) air conditioning system mentioned below to meet the inside design condition of temperature 23 ± 2˚C comprising of multiple Inverted hermetically sealed Scroll compressors to ensure high EER low noise propeller type aero spiral fan, condenser coil with acrylic pretreatment or equivalent treatment for resistant to corrosion and suitable for coastal area for improved resistance to corrosion, refrigerant shutoff valves, safety devices & controls, lead free PC boards, suitable for operation on ecofriendly non CFC/HCFC based refrigerant. The outdoor units shall have variety of indoor units connected by common refrigerant piping, power and control cabling. The unit shall operate on 415 +/- 10%, 50 cycles, 3 phase, 4 wire AC supply and the outdoor unit shall have an inbuilt power supply for any auxiliary power supplies required with in the unit. VRV/VRF outdoor units shall meet the actual capacities at air over condenser temperature of 42-degree Celsius. All the Outdoor units should be selected based on ambient temperature of 42-degree Celsius air over condenser temperatures VRV/VRF units shall contain both oil balance and gas balance automatically including MS Angle Frame Support for Condensing Unit complete all as specified and directed.
