The format of inspection report is enclosed herewith.

RequiredEMD: Documentary evidence towards payments of EMD/valid EMD exemption certificate. In case of claiming exemption from EMD, valid document i.e, valid PEMD,SSI, MSME and Caste certificate etc. may be uploaded, failing which the bid will be rejected. Uploading of DD/BC towards EMD is not acceptable & the tender will be rejected.
