BOQ ( Sch 'A') Taking down of cement plaster / dismantling of old tarfelt/old unserviceable roof treatment from RCC roof by scrapping, brooming and washing with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment over and including rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 on RCC roof surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and providing 3 mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane (weight not less than 3.0 kg/Sqm) over a primer @ 0.30 kg per sqm using bitumen 85/25 grade unsolled & bonded to substitute (with overlap of 10 cm sealed by flame) shall be laid & the overlaps sealed/fused by flame as per manufacturer instructions. A coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm shall be applied on top of APP modified polymeric memberaned & finally it will be finished with a coat of aluminium paint @ 0.200 kg/sqm as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry or pecast PCC block walling built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) thickness as required at site for padding concrete as in roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or PCC blocks or stone wall or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement with additional thickness is provide as floating / setting coat in vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered / previously untreated surfaces of walls including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thikness (below or above ground level) complete all as sepcified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment and preparing old painted surfaces and applying two cots of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only WPC complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.00 mm thick steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated complete gear operated type with bevel gear box and cranck handle all as specified and directed.

S&F safety lever locks mild steel with 4 lever for rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed works as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc, to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks, hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe 410-W (Grade E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2.00 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap as in roof, wall etc including fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring for one light point / fan point / bell point (independent point), controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade single core (multi-stranded) copper conductor cable (FRLS) drawn into and including medium grade PVC conduit concealed (not less than 20 mm dia) all necessary fittings and accessories fixed concealed (including chase cutting in brick/stone/PCC block masonry wall for fixing conduit and plastering the external surfaces and matching the same with existing suface) and sunk cast iron or pressed steel terminal boxes for mounting fitting like switches, sockets, lamp holders, sketch fittings and covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated bakelite sheet cover fixed with brass screws and cup washers including one continuous run of PVC insulated (green colour) 1.50 sqmm size multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable as in earth wire and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified (Note:- wiring shall be done in colour coding as directed by Engineer-in-charge )

S & F switch piano flush type single pole one way 5 Ampere complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Fixing, testing and commisioning of exhaust fan made of steel body, copper winding of 380 mm sweep 1400 RPM 230 Volts single phase complete with louvers, in opening of wall and connecting flexible cable 3 core 1.5 sqmm copper conductor, flexible wire from ceiling rose to exhaust fan complete all as specfied and directed. Make: Bajaj/Havels/Crompton.

Supply, Fixing, testing and commisioning of exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic, copper winding of 250 mm sweep 1200 RPM 230 Volts, complete with louvers shutter, in opening of walls, connecting flexible cable 3 core 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor, flexible wire from ceiling rose to exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed. Make : Bajaj/Havells/Crompton.

Cutting opening, through brick/stone/PCC block wall for Exhaust fan including providing fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking stone / bricks and making of holes and grouting of suitable size of nuts and bolts for Exhaust fan and making good dismantled portion complete all as specified and directed.

S & F ceiling rose, three terminal, PVC/Polycarbonate isolated body complete all as specified and directed.
