Chair Writing MAP Drg No. FD/E6/MAP/12

(a) Repairing of existing loose welding point wherever required by spot welding and make it functional in Chair writing MAP

(b) Taking out the existing old Seat & Back complete from the chair and S & F new Seat & Back complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

(c) M&L for derusting and preparing old exposed steel surfaces of Chair Writing MAP and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint black with spray machine complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Rack Shoes steel Drg No FD/E6/MAP-II/13

a) M & L for derusting and preparing old exposed steel surfaces of conduit frame and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint black with spray machine complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

b) Repairing of existing loose jali by spot welding and make it functional complete all as specified and as directed.

c) Removing old unsv rubber shoes and S&F new rubber shoes 04 Nos in each Rack shoes steel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Almirah Medium with shelves Drg No. FD-1032

a) Taking out the old unsv bottom leg (Right/Left form its position and S&F new bottom leg made out of 20 gauge plain black mild steel sheet (PBI Sheet) made existing shape and fixed in the same position by run welding.

b) Taking out loose shelf from its position of Almirah Medium steel and re-fixing the same rigidly after minor repairs by providing new chips, nut & bolts of existing size as required complete all as specified and as directed.

c) Taking out and removing existing unserviceable lock from its position of Almirah medium steel and S&F new 6 liver steel lock as per existing shape and size as approved with Keys in duplicate complete all as specified and as directed

d) Taking out old and removing old unserviceable handle from its position of Almirah Large/Medium and S&F steel chromium plated handle 125 mm long of existing shape and size as approved complete all as specified and as directed and shown on drg.

e) M&L for painting to Almirah steel med by spraying on both side (outer/inner surface) including legs, door shutter and shelves with one coat of silver / grey synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted surfaces including applying ready made putty wherever required for making good cavities complete all as specified and as directed.

Dressing Mirror Gents Drg No FD/E6/MAP/16

a) Removing of old broken Looking Mirror from Dressing Mirror Gents & S&F New Looking Mirror, 5mm thick for Dressing Mirror Gents as shown in drawing with 4mm thick 1st class hard wood teak beading all around the Mirror with suitable size of screws Complete all as shown in drgs & as directed.

b) Removing of old broken shelves of Dressing Mirror Gents of 5mm thick plain glass including aluminium brackets and S&F new shelves with aluminium brackets for holding the shelves all as shown in drgs and as directed.

(c) Preparation of exposed sufaces by throughly rubbing with emery paper, applying raw/burnt seina uniformly and polishing one or more coats with french polish to obtain a glossy finish all as specified and directed.

Table Bed Side MAP Drg No FD/E6/MAP/15 ®

a) Removing of old unserviceable ply wood and provision of new ply wood 6mm thick, commercial fixed on back side of table, size as shown on drawing, ISI marked Complete all as shown in drgs and as directed.

b) Removing of old U/S sides of table bed side and S& F of new sides made of 18/19mm thick pre-lamininated particle board all as shown on drg and as directed.

c) Removing of old unserviceable telescopy channel and New fixing removing and smooth movement.

d) Removing of old broken handle and S &F New handle fixing removing smooth movement.

e) Removing old U/S rubber shoes and S&F new rubber shoes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

f) Preparation of old/new wooden exposed surfaces & MS Pipe by way of scrapping, rubbing, cleaning & applying one coat of high class French polish till glossy finish on wooden surface & one coat of black synthetic enamel paint on MS Pipe Complete all as shown in drgs and as directed.

Table Dining 06 Person (Officer) Drg No. FD/MAP-II/03

a) Removing of old unserviceable existing top of table & S&F new top of 18/19mm thick of size as shown in drawing, pre laminated particle board, one side teak finish decorated exterior grade and other side white including with 4mm thick 1st class hard wood teak beading all around the top fixed with suitable size of screws Complete all as shown in drgs and as directed.

b) Removing of old UNSV front/rear rail of Table Dining and S&F new front/rear rail as per existing shape & size made out of Ist class hard wood Teak duly French polished to match the existing surface glossy finish complete all as specified and as directed and shown on drg.

c) All as per item No 6.02 (b) above but side rail of Table Dining. Complete all as shown and directed.

d) All as per item No 6.02 (b) above but legs of Table Dining.

e) Preparation of old/new wooden exposed surfaces by way of scrapping, rubbing, cleaning & applying two coat of high class French polish till glossy finish Complete all as shown in drgs and as directed.

Table Dining 1200x900x760mm FD/MAP-II/03

Charpoy IP Folding Drg No FD- 388 (R)

a) Removing of old U/S and broken existing 12mm thick commercial plywood from Charpoy IP Folding and supply and fix new 12mm thick commercial plywood fixed with charpoy with suitable size of screws and washer, in two pieces to facilitate charpoy to be folded complete all as shown in drgs and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Make of Plytop should be Kitply/Greenply/National

b) M&L for derusting denting of frame to Charpoy IP Folding applying minor welding and synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Teapoy Varandah Drg No FD/E6/MAP/17

S & F following components of Teapoy Varandah including dismantling unservicable one all as specified and as directed. (a) Top made out of 18/19mm prelaminated particle board including 4mm teak wood beading all around the top.

(b) PVC shoe

(c) Preparation of old painted steel sufaces by scraping with emery paper, cleaning, dusting and making the surfaces smooth and applying two coat of white synthetic enamel paint

Chair School with hand board Drg No. FD/E6/MAP/05

a) Removing of old U/S hand board of prelaminated particle board and S&F new pre-laminated partical board with all round teak wood beading as per drawings

b) Removing of old U/S PVC sheet (Seat& Back) S & F New sheets and back of Make- Supreme/Ballowal/Cello/Prince

c) Repairing of existing loose jali by spot welding and make it functional complete all as specified and as directed.

(d) Preparation of old painted steel sufaces by scraping with emery paper, cleaning, dusting and making the surfaces smooth and applying one coat of white synthetic enamel paint .

Chair Verandah (Officer) Drg No FD/MAP-II/06

a) M&L for derusting denting of frame to chair verandah applying minor welding wherever required and synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

b) Taking out and removing old U/S worn out PVC Seat and Back & Supply of Fix new PVC Seat and Back of 4mm of weight not less than 1.85 kgs and grooves 90x10mm ten in nos on Seat and back of Chair Varandah.

c) Removing old U/S rubber shoes and S&F new rubber shoes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Table Peg Drg No FD-384

a) Removing old/ unserviceable existing top and S&F new top 18/19mm thick of size as shown on drgs. Pre laminated particle board one side teak finish decorated exterior grade and other side white including with 4mm thick 1st class hard wood shisham beading all round the top fixed with suitable size of screws. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge..

b) Removing of old UNSV front/rear rail of table peg and S&F new front/rear rail as per existing shape & size made out of Ist class hard wood Teak duly French polished to match the existing surface glossy finish complete all as specified and as directed and shown on drg.

c) All as per item No 12 (b) above but side rail of table peg. Complete all as shown and directed.

d) All as per item No 12 (b) above but legs of table peg.

e) Preparation of old/new wooden exposed surfaces by way of scrapping, rubbing, cleaning and applying two coats of high gloss French polish in glossy finish, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge

Chair Verandah (PBOR) Drg No FD-256

a) M&L for derusting denting of frame to chair verandah applying minor welding wherever required to refix the structure and apply synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

b) Taking out and removing old U/S worn out plastic cane from chair verandah and re-canning the same with 4mm new plastic cane half round complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

c) Removing old U/S rubber shoes and S&F new rubber shoes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chair Dining PBOR Drg No. FD/MAP-II/05

a) Repair/Removing U/S front legs and S&F of new front leg of existing size & Shape, made out of kiln seasoned 1st class hard wood teak, duly polished. Complete all as shown in drgs and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

b) All as per item No 14 (a) above but rear legs of chair dining.

c) All as per item No 14 (a) above but front/rear rail of chair dining.

d) All as per item No 14 (a) above but side rail of chair dining.

d) All as per item No 14 (a) above but stiffener of chair dining.

e) Taking out and removing old U/S worn out plastic sheet and S & F new PVC Plastic sheets fixing of Bottom of plastic sheets

f) S & F new 25x3 mm flat iron in (two nos in each chair) 38cm Long to the bottom base of PVC seat for the durability of PVC Seat

g) Preparation of old/new wooden exposed surfaces by way of scrapping, rubbing, cleaning and applying two coats of high gloss French polish in glossy finish, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.
