Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all lead & lifts ,complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering complete in all respect:- (A) All work upto plinth level 1:5:10 (1Cement : 5 coarse sand ):10 graded stone agregate 40 mm nominal size within all lead & lifts,complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 12.50 cm,thick in recharge pit, in the required thickness, within all leads & lifts,complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level within all lead & lifts ,complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).within all lead & lifts ,complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights within all lead & lifts ,complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (A) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (a) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder,railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer- in Charge.

Providing and Fixing 1 mm thick M.S. sheet door frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junction and corners, all necessary fitting complete including applying a primimg coat of approved steel primer :- Using M.S.angles 40x40x6 mm for diagonal basis complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer- in Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay F.P.S. (Non modular) building bricks of class designation 7.5 in super structure above plinth level upto floor V in all shapes and sizes in (a) cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand ) using complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer- in Charge. (a) Building bricks of class designation 7.50 in super-structure 2nd class.)

6 mm Cement plaster to ceiling as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer -in- Charge. ( a) In cement mortar 1: 3 ( 1 cement : 3sand) as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer -in- Charge

15 mm Cement plaster of single coat on the rough side of half brick wall of mix :- for interior plastering upto floor two level i/c arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and /or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in -Charge. (a) In Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1 Cement : 6 Sand)

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives:- New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer -in- Charge ASIAN PAINT

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering within all leads and lifts, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Painting with synthetic enemel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, complete in all respect,within all leads and lifts, as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. :-Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing G.I. Pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c making good the walls etc. concealed pipe, including painting with anti corrosive bitumastic paint, cutting chases and making good the wall within all leads and lifts, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) 50 mm dia nominal bore Jindal "B" class hissar make
