Construction of Kokerama Lohoramunda Check Dam over local nalla in Nuagaon Block of Sundargarh District under MATY Scheme 2025-26.

Excavation, loading , unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kind of soil including moorum. stoney earth, gravel etc. interspread with boulders up to 1/2 cum in size with all lifts and delifts in excavation of foundation including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by EIC with all lead from the place of excavation etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Excavation of foundation)

Excavation of foundation in D.I. rock not required blasting ti be excavated manually by the hacksaw and crowbar to proper profile in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed to proper slope and level making it fit for laying concrete including depositing the excavated materials clear of work site with all leads and lifts including dewatering from foundation if necessary complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated materials and watered and rammed etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete in M-15 grade using 20mm down graded size crusher broken granite metal of approved quality quarried and free from weathered skins and foreign materials including mixing the materials by use of concrete mixtures and laying concrete in layers not exeeding 0.15 m. in deoth to required level require level, curing, vibrating with vibrators, finishing etc with all leads lifts and delifts complete in all respect to proper profile and leveling including dewatering if necessary and cost, conveyance and royality and other taxes etc of materials including hire and running charges of the machineries complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforcement Cement concrete in M-20 grade using 20mm down graded size crusher broken granite metal of approved quality quarried and free from weathered skins and foreign materials including mixing the materials by use of concrete mixtures and laying concrete in layers not exeeding 0.15 m. in depth to required level, curing, vibrating with vibrators, finishing etc with all leads lifts and delifts complete in all respect to proper profile and leveling including dewatering if necessary and cost, conveyance and royality and other taxes etc of materials including hire and running charges of the machineries complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Straightening, cutting, bending, binding , fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement and laying in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and fixing of reinforcement including lapping where necessary with all leads, lifts from bending yard to placement spot including cost , conveyance & all taxes of reinforcement as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providinging rigid shuttering with the box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints in rafts of weir,barrages and dam blocks including cost of all materials, labour, T & P etc.complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including removal of forms etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in charge.

Rigid smooth centering,shuttering for concrete works (with or without nominal renforcement ) including false works and dismentling then after casting for reuse and making good to the damaged surface where necessary with cost conveyance of materials, taxes and labour T & P etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in charge.

R.S. dry packing in approns, revetments and slopes of dam & dyke to all hights with hard stone other than granite and laterite of 30cm and above size in all direction (Weight 140 Lbs/ cft) and above of approved quality including filling the interstices with small stones with cost, conveyance, royality and other taxes of all matrrials required for the work etc. complete and finished to proper slope and level complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer - in -charge. (Minimum 1/6 volume will be deducted towards voids)

Providing weep holes in Brick masonary/ Plain/ Reinforced concrete abautment, wing wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, the full width of the structure with towards drawing foce. Complete as Technical.
