(b) Alternator : Self exciting, self regulating, brushless alternator rated for 82.5 KVA/ 66 KW continuous opertion at the speed of 1500 RPM at 415 Volts,50 Hz,3Phase, 4 wire system with advance electronic voltage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy within +1% with class 'H' insulation and IP 23 enclosure directly coupled with engine and conforming to IS 4722. (d) Common fabricated base frame for engine and alternator made from structural channel/joint/angle iron etc including adequate number of suitable anti vibration pads all as per the recommendation of the manufacturers. (e) In built Sheet steel fuel tank mounted inside the enclosure along with fuel piping from tank to engine with minimum 8 Hours running capacity complete with drain valve, air vent inlet and outlet connections. (f) Suitable exhaust pipe duly covered with aluminium sheet inside the enclosure silencer mounted on the top of enclosures and exhaust trail pipe and with muffler complete all as per manufanufacturers standards should be extended up to outside of the DG room with proper thermal insulation and Al/GI cladding and as required at site all as specified and directed by engr in charge.. (g) Maintenance manual & part list of engine and alternator of engine and Alternator both.

(h) Supply, fixing testing and commissioning AMF Panel with Enclosure, Dust and vermin proof, cubicle with compartmentalized design to accommodate modules with MCCBs. The Switchgear panel shall be provided with integral base frame for each vertical panel which shall be suitable for directly bolting to the foundation bed at site. The hinged doors & bolted doors shall be of minimum 16 SWG(1.6 mm) CRCA Sheet with powder coating and partitions shall be of minimum 18SWG (1.2mm) GI sheet. Gland Plates should be made out of minimum 2.0mm thickness sheet steel. Base Frame of height of 75mm shall be provided for individual shipping section. The design of the Base Frame shall ensure to take the weight of components including Panels. Each compartment shall be provided with hinged door interlocked with MCCB housed inside the compartment so that door cannot be opened unless the MCCB is in 'OFF' position. Hinges shall be concealed type (Not visible from outside). All steel work used in the construction of the panel should have undergone rigorous metal treatment process. 7-Tank pre-treatment process shall be followed to remove Oil, Grease and Dirt. This shall be followed by uniform powder coating with min paint thickness of 80-100 microns with RAL 7035 Shade. Finished painted appearance of equipment shall present aesthetically pleasing appearance, free from dents and uneven surface. Wiring for all controls, protection, metering etc. inside the control panel should be done with 650V grade PVC insulated, flexible FRLS copper wires for PLC, 1.5 Sq mm for controls & 2.5 Sq mm for CT secondary.
