Execution of works -(As per CPWD specifications 2023 as well as approved by the Competent authority .)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (Cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure upto 25 metre height above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube placed 1.5 metre centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joint with cup and lock system in the scaffolding for working platform etc and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and / or pointing and of shall be stiffened with bracing, runners connecting with the building etc wherever required if feasible for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety feature for the workmen etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note1- The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose 2- The payment will be made once only for executions of all items for such works

Taking out the damaged, decayed and worn out composite masonry of brick and R.R. Stone Structure carefully layer by layer without damaging the adjacent structure member including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of debris including cost of labours, T&P etc complete

Resetting of damaged, decayed and worn out and missing composite masonry of Special size Brick ( 18 cmx 15 cm x 5 cm) using 40 % old and 60% new and R.R. Stone structure members 40% old and 60% new using with lime surkhi mortar in 1:1:1 (1 lime putty : 1 surkhi: 1 sand) matching with existing structure including cost of labours, Material, T&P curing etc complete.

Taking out the damaged, decayed and worn out special size of brick masonry structure very carefully layer by layer without damaging the adjacent structural member including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of debries including cost of labour T&P etc complete.

Resetting of damaged decayed and worn out, missing special size ( 18 x 15 x 5 ) cm of Brick masonry of structure members using with lime surkhi mortar in 1:1:1 (1 lime putty : 1 surkhi: 1 sand) including material T&P labour etc complete.

Taking out the dislodged damaged, decayed and worn out, Stone Structure carefully layer by layer without damaging the adjacent structure member including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of debris including cost of labours, T&P etc complete

Resetting of damaged, decayed and worn out, missing Stone structure members used with lime surkhi mortar in 1:1:1 (1 lime: 1surkhi: 1 sand) including cost of materials, labours& T&P etc complete.

Provision for Grouting, saturating and consolidating the inner core of the composite masonry, Special Size brick & Stone masonry after proper cleaning the surface though the both gravitational & mechanical force with the help of liquid lime mortar proportion in 1:1:1:1 ( 1 lime putty: 1 Surkhi: 1 sand : 1 aggregate 10 mm to 20 mm) including stitching the cracks, cost of materials, labour and T& P etc

Provision for Recess/ Flush pointing to the composite masonry , brick and R.R. stone structure members using combination mortar 1:1:1 ( 1 lime putty :1 surkhi :1 sand: ) carefully to match with the existing structure after raking out joints ,curing etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in charge

Providing 7.50 cm thick Brick ballast (10 mm to 20 mm) in the foundation of floor including making surface ramming, consolidating and grouting with fine sand cost of material, labours and T&P complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-incharge

Provision for Earth work/ Scientific clearance of surround the structure including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Provision for Purchasing, Supplying, filling spreading & leveling coarse sand filling of size range 1.5 mm to 2 mm in recharge pit, , in required over ground level thickness for all leads & lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Providing and Laying lime concrete using 50% lime mortar of proportion 1:1:1:1(1 lime putty: 1 Surkhi: 1 Sand 1: brick aggregate 10 to 12 mm) with 12 mm to 20 mm nominal size brick aggregate including ramming, maintaining proper gradient, also beating & treating with split bamboo and thappies till the surface in hardened & curing etc. complete.

Provision for M.S. C channel (125 mm X 65 mm X 5 mm thick)steel supporting work for the structure for making the welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc as required all complete.

Providing and supplying of Steel Scaffolding temporary support system at critical location of all around the structure including centering and shuttering strutting propping etc and removal of form for all heights etc complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge Providing & supplying of 3.5 meterhight adjustable iron scaffolding Prop jack in hydraulic nature 3 Ton

Provision for Course Rubble Stone masonry work for Strengthening of foundation of Ancient Structure Kamal Shahi Mahal using with cement mortar (1:6 - 1- cement : 6-sand) of structure including material and labour cost etc complete

Provision for Purchasing, Supplying, filling spreading & leveling gravels filling of size range 15 mm to 50 mm in the recharge pit, in required over ground level, thickness for all leads & lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Provision for Plastering work of the composite masonry, brick and R.R. stone structure members using with combination of lime mortar 1:1:1(1: lime putty: 1: surkhi: 1: sand ) carefully to matching with the existing structure after raking out joints, curing including cost of material, and labour cost etc complete

Removal of debris/ malwa such as dead lime plaster, concrete, stone block etc. from worm spot to suitable dumpling place by mechanical load including loading & unloading carriage and cleaning of are cost of labours and T&P etc complete as per direction and approval of engineer-in-charge

Provision for Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires of barbed wire between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete.

Supplying at site 50 x 50 x 6 mm M.S - Angle iron post & strut including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia etc complete

Painting ( two or more coats) on pipe, waste and vent pipe and fitting pipes angles painting with approved brand and manufacture over and including a priming coat of ready mixed zinc chromate yellow primer on new work all complete
