Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (Steel or wood) of area 3 sq. meter and below including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50m lead.

Demolishing concrete 1:4:8 or richer mix manually /by mechanical means including disposal of materials within 50 meters lead as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 ( one cement four coarse sand eight graded stone aggregate) using 40mm hard granite broken stone including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work after curing for foundations, footings, base of columns, etc. for mass concrete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of reinforced cement concrete excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement all work upto plinth level.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, and binding using thermo-mechanically treated (TMT) bars with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Laterite masonry in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement six sand) using neatly dressed laterite stones including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete for superstructure walls above plinth level upto floor five level .

Solid concrete block (75kg/cm2) masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using concrete brick of size 40x20x12cm upto plinth level including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Providing teak wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames planed, framed and fixing in position including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Fixing dismantled door/ window frames in position with all labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing best teak wood fully panelled shutters to suit the door frame already fixed using best teak wood scantlings for frame and teak wood planks as panels insert including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete but excluding cost of fittings.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felts etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleats angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, CP.brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and paneling to be paid separately)

Providing and fixing with float glass panes of 5.50mm thick for glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC/neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item)

Providing and fixing 8mm or nearest thick multi wood particle board (solid sheet) in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partitions frames with CP.brass/stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Aluminium composite panel (ACP) board in paneling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partitions frames with CP. brass/stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (Steel or wood) of area 3 sq. meter and below including stacking at engg. unit store etc. complete.

Plastering with C.M. 1:4 (one cement four sand), 12mm thick for walls inside and outside with necessary scaffolding and thread lines, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Plastering with C.M. 1:3 (one cement three fine sand), 6mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and laying polished vitrified floor tiles (size of tile 60x60cm) in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorptions less than 0.08% and confirming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all coloures and shades,laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments, moulding the edges etc.complete. as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Stainless steel butt hinge 125x64x1.90mm IS; 12817 marked with stainless steel screws including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 200mmx10mm aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing best quality aluminium door stopper with bush including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 300mm x 16mm S.S steel aldrop with necessary fittings (best approved quality) including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.
