Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of wall including cornicess plaster etc for lime wash (white washing) and applying one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or grith not otherwise specified and applying one coat of syntheic enemal paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge .

M&L cement concrete work in pavement Quality Concrete /hard standing of flexural strenght 40 kg/Sqcm in field using 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre,thickness of concrete 20 cm including formwork all as specified and directed.

M &L Forming 20mm thick expansion joints filled with preformed bitumenous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, grade 'B', 200 mm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Forming construction (Dummy) joint for 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, Grade-'B', complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Finishing surfaces of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming. Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulders/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, ashlar facing, dressed stonework, precast concrete artilcles and precast concrete block walling etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or terrazzo from brick walls of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L Squared rubble walling with Porbandar stone masonary in CM 1:6 brought to courses, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Ditto as above item No.13 but except stone, Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of Porbandar stone masonary surface in CM 1:4 all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for two coats of cement paint over primer including preparing plastered or unplastered surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete (unreinforced) complete including removing debries ouside MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L cement conc 1:4 :8 type D-2 (40mm graded agg) in foundatin filling and mass concrete.complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Sand filling under paver blocks for cushion Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement pigment to match, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade, finished with grey cement and pigment, complete all as directed.

All as per above item except Interlocking tiles including filling with sand cushioning ( where ever required ) including levelled with Existing tiled surfaces Complete all as spd and directed by Engineer in Charge ( Note :- Sand and PCC shall be paid and measured Separtely )

M&L for dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors etc all as specified and direced.

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4) mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length,bent to shape required,including cranking,bending,hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia. complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced in any position including cut of bars as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cover slab for drain in 1:2:4,Type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge
