Earth work in excavation of foundation in Hard soil with all leads and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods, levelling bed and deposited the excavated material away from the working area etc.(Approach Road)

Providing filling manually with sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering and compacting with all leads and lifts including cost , carriage royalty etc.direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Approach Road)

cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4 cm Size h.g. metal in foundation & plinth including hoisting lowering laying in layers 15cm thick compacting watering curing with cost carraige royalty of all materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Approach Road)

Providing supplying, fitting and fixing of 80mm thick interlock concrete colour paver block on compacted river coarse sand free from all organic materials and filling the joints with sand including cutting corbelling, splays where ever necessary to proper size with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and directed by E.I.C.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick work after racking out joints watering curing cost carraige royalty of all materials etc.complete (out side Plaster)

Finishing walls with Weather Seal Coat (Two coats) over a coat of cement Primer to outer walls surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering Two coats to walls with Distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing of M.s. Window Grills Including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges etc complet as per direction of E.I.C.

Painting two coats over wood and iron with approved Enamel paint over a coat of priming including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Super Structure

16mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:6) finished smooth to inside brick walls after racking out the joints including watering, curing etc. with cost conveyance royalty taxes and Cess of the materials and labour T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(For Compound Wall)

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceiling with Aluminium anodised T Section No3215 with 2'-0" center L section No1705 upto 15micron on 4 wall to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C Plug and the aluminium grid 2'-0"x2'-0" suspended from ceiling etc. completed etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
