Fabrication, Providing and fitting of lower linkage assy. on which up-down hydraulic cylinder is attached. The size of the linkage is 37” by 24”. The linkage has to be fabricated out of 10mm thick plate with 18” by 37” plate on top side and reinforced with struts on lower side. Three number of struts of width 3”, length 31” and thickness 10mm have to be welded on lower side of plate to thwart the bending by up-down movement of hydraulic jack. Four number of struts of width 3”, length 24” and thickness 10mm have to be welded on shorter side of the plate on edges with spacing of 2.5” between two struts on either side. Both the ends of every strip of have to be drilled with 25mm Ø hole. Also, a U-joint fabricated out of 10mm thick plate with 30mm Ø hole is to be welded at the top side of the linkage just opposite to middle strip with height of 3” and base welded to plate of 4” long. After fabrication, the unit has to be painted with red oxide and two coats of branded enamel metallic coats. Complete job including SS Pins 4 Nos. as per sample. Fabrication, Providing and fitting of road surface harmonizing linkage (H-Shaped) fixed between blade assy. and parallelogram linkage out of 125 mm/65mm/6mm C-channel with running length of channel 7’ and 8mm thick 4” by 4” five numbers plates with 25mm by 65mm slots diagonally. Also triangular cleats out of 10mm plate with base and altitude of 4” are to be welded at joints of channel. After fabrication, the unit has to be painted with red oxide and two coats of branded enamel metallic coats. Weight of MS Required 41 Kgs approximately.

Fabrication, Providing and fitting of upper linkage as per sample from 3mm thick plate. The two sides of plate are to be made in cylindrical shape in which inner threaded sleeve fits. After fabrication, the unit has to be painted with red oxide and two coats of branded enamel metallic coats. Complete Job. Weight of MS Required 23Kgs approximately.

Dismantling and removal of fixed blade assembly from the chassis frame of the machine by way of removal of bolts, after hanging to blade assembly over a suitable chain pulley block then refitting of the blade assembly along with providing of new bolts heavy duty welding in damaged parts of the blade as required.

Providing and fitting of curved laminated glass on rear LHS corner of tractor cabin of Snow Cat Preet as per sample with maximum length of 31x31 inch and thickness 5mm. The job shall include dismantling of cracked/damaged one before fitting the new one. The job shall include providing and fixing of door glass rubber.
