Installation of pre-fabricated PUF freezer room ( size 8.1 m (L) x 5.5 m (B) x 3.3 m ( H) clear ) including PUF slab for freezer room

Supply of 150 MM THICK PUF PANELS ( WALL PANELS BOTH SIDE SS )

Supply of 150 MM THICK PUF PANELS ( WALL & CELING PANELS ONE SIDE SS ONE SIDE GI )

Supply of 50 MM THICK PUF PANELS WALL PANELS ONE SIDE SS ONE SIDE GI

Providing floor insulation with 250 mm thick EPS slabs using necessary bitumen ,emulsion primer up to plastic felt application ( necessary concreating under client scope )

Supply of HINGED DOOR 1.0 X 2.10 MTR ( clear) with air curtain and strip curtain

Supply of semi hermetic reciprocating compressor , Liquid Receiver and Condensing Unit and all accessories like Oil Pressure Switch,Crank Case Heater ,Oil Separator ,Mounted With Integrated Check Valve In Discharge Line ,HP LP Pressure Switch ,Mounted Accessories for Capacity Controls.etc on a common frame and imported directly from bitzer ,Germany, refrigerant R404

Supply of Evaporator units maintain the room temperature of -25 Deg MAKE : GUNTER/ IFROST Techno block Itly

Supply of Refrigeration controls that includes sight view glass, filter drier, thermostatic expansion valve, solenoid valves, HP/LP For each compressors, shutoff valve, refrigerant piping with foam insulation and necessary support using GI tray, trunking, required valves, etc.

Supply of Electrical control panel complete with PLC Contactors, over load relay ,MCB, Hour Meter ,Heater controller , Indicating lamps, Digital Energy meter etc.

Supply of PLC/Microprocessor based temperature indicator &controller for the freezer room (carel/Dixell/ Eqivalent )

Electrical power and control cabling ( as per standards )

Supply of automatic electric defrost arrangements for coil ,Tray, drain line etc

GI Frame work and fittings for the installation of Evaporator units , pipe line support ,cable support (copper piping and electrical cabling run through proper GI tray support , power and control cabling should run thought separate GI tray )

Supply of CDP line from evaporator to outside the room with proper insulation and drain heater

Suction line insulation ( as per standards )

First charge of refrigerant and oil

Light fittings

Electrical

Charges for installation and commissioning of all electrical/mechanical items.
