SCHEDULE 'A'

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.50m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregated as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware) AC or reinforced concrete, set in cement mortar; internal dia of pipe 150mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregated ) for 150mm dia pipe bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soils complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Demolition of stone masonry /Block walling built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar, 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation / surface channel complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soils n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at level n exc. 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement mortar 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) smooth finished and reforming, benching as required , internal dia of pipe 150mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in cover slabs set in cement Mortar 1:4 and finished all exposed surfaces of concrete even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel TMT bars 10 dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 150mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, including all levelling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC 150mm thick,1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any colour any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of rubber moulded 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type with inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 4 star and above rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, with Anchor fastners of suitable size and including Flexible hot/cold connection Pipe -02 Nos, complete all as specified and directed. Supply and laying of XLPE insulated and PVC armoured heavy duty 1100 volt grade electric LT UG cable with aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 Core laid in trenches/along the wall/pole including making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/floor etc all connections complete as required at site and as directed. S & F of GI steel tubing light grade 32 mm dia for laying in ground and road crossing along the pole in coping etc for cable protection including necessary fittings, clamps for supports, etc., including making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/floor etc all as specified and directed. Supply and lay 50 /38 mm Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) Pipes having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall confirming to IS14930 (Part-II) for protection of UG cables, laid in trenches/ road/ drain or fixed along wall, poles or laid under floor all as spd and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and Fix MCCB Metal enclosures, MCCB FP 63 Amps 415 Volts 16 KA fixing in Metal enclosure, in wall mounted type concealed/ Surface mounted and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling/floor etc. complete with all accessories, main switch and connecting the cables with proper all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Conforming to Cat No - 5078 01 & 4200 13 of Legrand or Equivalent from ABB/Schneider

S & F MCB DB 12 way SPN, PC (Polycarbonate), IP 65 “Weather proof” Concealed/ Surface mounted and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling/floor etc. complete with all accessories, main switch and connecting the cables with proper all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Conforming to Cat No - KV PC 9112 of Hensel or Equivalent from Hager

Material & labour for Sub main wiring with two runs of 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multstranded copper conductor FRLS 1100 Volts grade cable, drawn through and including PVC concealed/wall suface/wall boring, making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling/ floor etc., Conduit heavy duty grade ISI marked 25 mm dia (external) with conduit accessories and one run of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade cable as earth conductor complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All runs of cable and 1 run of conduit shall be measured and paid as one metre length of unit.
