Organize the Cultural Carnival on all the days with performing with 120 artists alongwith the artist provided by HTC and Art & Culture Department, Govt. of Haryana (As per the scope of work mentioned Under “Organizing Carnival”). The Carnival presentation will be shown to HTC officials before finalization. The theme of Carnival can be either nationalistic or international (Carnival Procession for 16 days for 45 minutes each on every evening after 5.00 p.m)

IV) PLANNING & ORGANIZATION OF FASHION SHOW Fashion Show for Haryana State(By SKICM)

Designing and building the stage infrastructure for organizing the Fashion show.

Providing Photographers, Videographers & Drone Shoot/Services.

Providing following services during 16 days of Mela i.e from 31st Jan, 2026 to 15th Feb, 2026 :- 1. Photographers 2. Videographers 3. Drone Shoot/Services. As per the site requirement of the work. i. The Videographer/photographer and the Drone shoot shall cover all event for 16 days. ii. 1 no. pen drive each of minimum 100 photographs, 10 no. video of 10 minutes each and 10 no. drone shoot of 10 minutes each covering all the activities every 16 days of Mela should be given separately. iii. Full videos and drone shoots for all the cultural events and all the other important events should be covered live and 1 no. pen drive each of all the events should be given with in 4 days of completion of the event. iv) The details of events may be taken from Sh. Harvinder Singh / Nodal officer Mob:-816040444, five days before the start of the event . Note:- Some additional quantities may also be required emergently on the day of the event which shall be arranged by the agency with in one hour. The payment shall be made as per the approved rates of HTC.
