Providing, laying, spreading and rolling of built-up spray grout layer using bitumen VG-10 over prepared base by manual means consisting of a two layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer, and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75mm (Seventy five millimetre) as per Technical Specification Clause 505 including haulage of material in all leads and lifts by all modes of transportation.
Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 0.275 kg/sqm (at the rate of zero point two seven five kilogramme per square metre) on the prepared dry and hungry bitumenous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 including haulage of material in all leads and lifts by all modes of transportation.
Providing and Laying 30mm (Thirty millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 (Hundred - one hundred twenty) TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 (Seventy five) tonne per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 @ 5.50 (at the rate of five point five zero) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per job mix formula and MORTH specification Cluase 509 including haulage of material in all leads and lifts by all modes of transportation.
