Supply, delivery at site and storage of sheet steel enclosed compartmentalized floor mounted dead front horizontal draw out type 12KV, 800A, VCB 3 Panel distribution board complete including 1 (one) Incomer & 2 (Two) Outgoing feeders with all relays and meters in complicnces with the NIT Specification.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 11/0.433KV, 1600KVA, 3 Phase, 50C/s with a vector group of Dyn-11 Cast Resin Dry type / Vacuum Pressure Impregnated Dry Type transformer complete and all accessories in compliance with NIT Specification.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of sheet steel enclosed, floor mounted 415V Power Distribution cum MCC Board complete including Soft Starter Panel with all components in compliance with the NIT Specification.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 110V 100AH maintenance free type lead acid battery with battery charger & distribution board in compliance with NIT specification.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 11KV(E) grade 3C 240 sq.mm XLPE Insulated Aluminium conductor armoured cable conforming to IS:7098 part-11 of approved make from Power Supply Agency panel Board to Incoming HT Panel and from Outgoing HT Panels to Transformers.

Supply, delivery at site & storage of Ultrasonic type continuous level measuring unit with provision of 4-20mA Analogue signal indicator and recorder for confinuous level monitoring as well as relay output for sensing high, low, low-low level in suction sump. (depth of sump upto 8 mtrs.) provision of smart PLC based pump controller with all protection interlock as per direction of E.I.C.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of safety equipment like fire extinguishers, fire buckets, rubber mats, shock treatment chart, first aid box complete.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of cables, other than specified above conduits, MCBs, Switches, luminaries etc. light fitting for internal lighting, exhaust fan & Stand Fan etc. for the pump installation and sub-station conforming details specified in NIT specification.

Supply, delivery at site & storage of 10 Ton capacity single girder HOT Crane having span of about 11 Mtr., lift of about 7.8 Mtr. Travel of about 25 Mtr. Including supply of gantry girder, rail, fixing members etc. as required to complete the installation as specified in NIT and suitable for Outdoor installation.

Providing earthing & lightning protection arrangement conforming to NIT Specification at pemping station and sub-station.

Installation of all items as mentioned in Part-A (Item Sl.1.00 to 21.00) including supply of all erection materials, pipe supports, valve supports etc. as required for installation of Pumping Machinery including making cable jointing, cable supports & clamps etc. including laying of HT & LT cables through permanent cable trench on GI rack/tray, earthing & lightning protection as per IE Rules, complete indoor & outdoor lighting installation work with all internal & external wiring to the entire satisfaction of EIC in compliance with NIT specification. (Cost includes hire charges of generator, welding set, fuels, lubricants etc. for completion of work) including providing GI Rack / Tray for laying HT cable and LT cables inside the substation, pump installation and interconnecting cable trench (construction of cable trench by others) and providing removable chequered plate over the open portion of the cable trench of substation after installation of the equipment in compliance with NIT Specification and as per direction of EIC with a provision of lifting lug over the MS chequered plate.

Construction of RCC / PCC foundation for lubrication water tank, valve chamber for delivery manifold and related works.

Painting of the installation by two coats of enamel paints (colour to be decided by purchaser) over a coat of primer as per NIT specification & direction of EIC.

Commissioning of the entire installation with sub-station including the cost of high pressure testing ans relevant testing of 11KV HT Switch Board, Transformers, PDB, Cables, Earthing etc. by approved agency of Directorate of Electricity, Govt. of West Bengal and taking approval from the Directorate of Electricity, Govt. of West Bengal, as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of EIC. inlcuding trial run for 3 months.

Operation of the entire installation in both substation and pumping station on 24 hours basis including guarding and maintenance are to be provided with supply of skilled , semi-skilled and un-skilled personnel including watch & ward personnel from the date of commissioning. During maintenance period supply of all consumable materials, sundries & lubricants are to be supplied. Charges of Electrical energy during maintenance period will be borne by the Deptt. (Routine Maintenance)

Schedule testing & calibration once in a year as per ISS viz : i) Relay testing and calibration. ii) Transformer oil testing and filtration. iii) Breaker testing. iv) Panel testing. v) Safety Equipment testing. (including fire extinguisher, earthing, lightning arrestor etc.) (Preventive maintenance)
