Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces, depth exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm deep and area not exceeding 400sqm complete all as specified. all as specified and directed.

Repair to pot holes any depth not exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal watering & well ramming, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally the cleaned surfaces with power sweeper or compressor to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen @ 10 kg per 10 sq metre of road surface, complete all as specified.

Providing premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous macadam shall be mixed in hot mix plant, transported and shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver, rolled with vibrator roller.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with power sweeper or compressor to remove all loose dirt etc., applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at 5 kg per 10 sq metre of road surface, laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% bitumen binder content by weight of total mix using as per table 500-15 of Morth, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne vibrator power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be mixed in automatic temperature controlled hot mixing plant, transported and premix carpet shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver, rolled with vibrator roller.

Preparing bituminous/concrete surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 mixed with radium glass beads @ 250gm/ Sqm with special applicator machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approx temp being 200°C at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign material complete all as specified. Note:- Road marking lines at the centre of road shall not be continuous, whereas the lines at outer sides of road shall be continuous i.e in one length.

Continuous brick edging; with width equal to the depth of the brick, using old size fly ash bricks, laid dry, on edge complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-coloured UV stabilized Rubberized road bumps 53mm high and 350mm wide of colour black & yellow with two night reflectors fixed both sides of the bump, complete all as directed.

Cat eye made of ABS material with nail reflective red tape of both sides of size 100mmx100mmx20mm, fixed in poistion , fixed in repair ,complete all as directed.

Solar cat eye (Solar Stud) aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. , fixed in repair , all as specified and directed

Metal tubular dealineator (700x100x50mm size) made out of ABS round body fitted with two nos 100mm dia highly reflective reflectors made of PMMA and mounted on MS Pipe of 50mm duly powder coated, anti-rust & anti theft steel net. for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (300x300x450mm) type B1 complete , fixed in repair , all as specified and directed.

100mm thick (Consolidated thickness), Moorum/red bajri/approved earth filling in pavings laid in layers , spread, levelled, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 20 of tender doucments.
