Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.225 kg. (zero point two two five kilogram) per Square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 500 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads , lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing laying spreading and compacting by mechanical means 75 mm (seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness broken /crushed stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) Grading-II to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to one hundred ) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven decimal two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cum (zero point two zero cubic metre) per ten square metre and binding material at the rate of 0.06 (zero decimal zero six) cubic metre per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 400 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty millimetre) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with minimum 100-120 (one hundred to one hundred twenty) TPH hot mix batch type plant with electronic control grading -II using crushed aggregates 13.2 mm (thirteen decimal two millimetre) nominal size of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 (viscosity grade thirty) at the rate of 5.40 to 5.60 (five decimal four zero to five decimal six zero ) per cent of mix weight and using cement as filler with quantity not less than 2% (two percent) by weight and total aggregate or as per design mix transported to site, laid with a sensor paver finisher hydraulic with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth three wheel roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity for initial breakdown rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 (twelve to fifteen ) tonne with tyre pressure at least 0.56 MPA (zero decimal five six) for intermediate and finish rolling with 6-8 ( six to eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH technical specification section 500 as per the direction and entire specification of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
