3.2:Preparation of Foundation for Embankment Scarifying Existing Bituminous Surface to a Depth of 150 mm by Mechanical Means Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.

OD90283/2026-2027:Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavements using 80mm blocks (M-30) of approved design,size and shape laid in reqd pattern over and including a bed of 6mm stone aggregate 50mm average thickness etc complete as per the diection of enginers in charge

OD90303/2026-2027:Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

4.11.2:Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal. Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408. (ii) Using Gravel mix soil.

OD113589/2026-2027:Laying old factory made chamfered edge cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of required strength, thickness & size/shape, laid in required line, level , colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of 6mm aggregate, compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paverblocks into 6mm aggregate bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with suitable aggregates etc complete all as per direction of Engineer in charge(REF:16.84 DSR)

75.8.1.1.A:Providing Plain cement concrete for wearing coat CC 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 fine aggregate:4 course aggregate) laid to required slope as required including compaction, finishingand tamping etc .complete. 75.5.5.A.1pb:Modified Penetration Macadam 50 mm thick using Bitumen S-65 - Packed Bitumen Rates Construction of penetration macadam over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coarse aggregate using chips spreader with alternate applications of bituminous binder and key aggregates and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506.
