Repairs to Rubber Inflated Boat-II of 25 HP Tohatsu 4-stroke Engine lying at jetty dock yard by way of removal of engine from motor boat, bracket plates & transom (stern side of boat on which the engine is mounted) from rubber inflated boat. The job then includes providing and fitting of polymarine /polyurethane hypalon inflatable bond adhesive material for fixing of patches of high quality water proof, safe / durable over the 1. damaged/leaked areas of rubber inflated boat tubes (06 patches) of varied sizes after cleaning of tubes and transom. The cost then also includes refitting of tubes with transom and applying patches to the joints between transom tube and outboard bracket plate and fixing it well and testing on full load. All tools and tackles required for the job has to be arranged by the firm of his own without any extra cost to the department

Servicing of Tohatsu 25 HP 4 stroke engine of rubber inflated boat by way of complete changing of M-oil with filter, fuel filter and replacement of worn out spark plugs two no for the completion of work

Repairs to wooden floor planks by way of dismantling of wooden planks from Aluminum locking bars. The job then involves proper cleaning of planks, and then drying of same and then coating with high quality wooden paint in two coats after applying wooden primer after necessary repairs. The job then involves fitting back 4. planks to floor of Inflated boat. The job also includes replacement of damaged foot pump with new air inflator foot pump for rubber inflated boat-II the job also involves testing and commissioning on full load. All tools and tackles required for the job has to be arranged by the firm of his own without any extra cost to the department

Repairs to the Aluminum propeller three wing type of 25 HP Tohatsu petrol engine by way of dismantling the propeller by putting a piece of wood block between propeller blade and anti-ventilation blade to hold propeller, the job involves removing of propeller by opening nuts & bolts, washers for the completion of work. The job then involves repairs to propeller vanes by way of tuning, finishing, welding etc for its actual shape & size. After proper repairs the job also involves fitting back by way of tightening of nuts & bolts and testing boat on full load. All tools & tackles, skilled labours, vehicle etc shall be arranged by the firm of its own without any extra cost to the department
