Operation, upkeeping & repair, maintenance of the telephone internal lines and telephone sets. MDF, Kerone and external telephone lines from incoming MDF to the internal area of CSIO office buildings, residential area, Indo-Swiss training Centre Guest House etc.In addition to this, any other job related to telephone Installation, repair of sets /instruments like fax, machines etc by the deployed staff ( minimum one mechanic and one helper, 6 day in a week) as directed by the Engineer-in-charge from time to time.

Note For item no 1 the contractor has to provide the minimum wages including statutory payments as applicable to the workers as declared by DC chandigarh UT administration. Estimated monthly wages for one mechanic & one helper based on minimum wages for the preriod of 01.04.19 to 31.03.20 is Rs 39038.00 including GST 12% , Bonus 8.33% of basic and labour cess 1% of basic . Contractor may quate the rates by including contractor overhead and profit on minimum estimated wages of Rs 39038.00. However the statutory charges as EPF, ESI, if applicable will be reimbursed separately as per rule on production of deposit reciept from the apprppriate authority.The payment on account of enhancement/escalation charges on account of revision in wages by appropriate Govt. (Govt. of India) from time to time shall be payable by the CSIO/CSIR to the contractor.

Supply of Telephone Line Cord Cable with RJ11 connector on both sides of length 2 Meter Single Pair for telephone sets

Supply of telephone coil cord cable black / white of uncoiled length 2 Meter with both end male RJ11 connector for telephone sets as per requirment

Supply of PVC MDF telephone junction box for 50 pair cable with locking & water proofing arrangement including stainless steel back mounting frame and crone.

Supply of PVC MDF telephone junction box for 20/30 pair cable with locking & water proofing arrangement including stainless steel back mounting frame and crone.

Supply of 1 to 1 rossette box RJ11 Telephone Connector

Supply of 1 to 2 rossette box RJ11 Telephone Splitter Connector

Supply of telephone socket outlet modular type.

Supply of modular blanking plate

Supply of modular base & cover plate for 1 module

Supply of modular base & cover plate for 2 module

Supply 25 mm dia. ISI marked, PVC conduit pipe

Supplying and fixing 1 or 2 Module (75 mmx75 mm) , GI box alongwith modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc. as required.
