(a) Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm(22/.3mm) PVC insulated and unsheathed FR single core multistranded copper conductor for one light/fan/bell point in and including PVC rigid non metallic concealed conduit 19/20 mm dia, medium duty, ISI Marked to be terminated in pressed steel terminal boxes with 3 mm thick bakelite sheet top cover including 1.5 sqmm (22/.3 mm ) PVC insulated and unsheathed FR single core multistranded copper earth continuity conductor controlled by one switch and/or one regulator complete including repairing the surfaces in CM 1:3 and finishing the surface as per existing treatment all as specified. (b) Switch Piano flush type 5 amp single Pole one way 230 V all as specified & directed. (c) Ceiling rose surface bakelite surface 65 x 50mm, 3 terminals all as specified & directed. (d) S & F electronic ceiling fan regulator stepped type heavy duty suitable to work on 230 volts complete all as specified. (e) S & F sheet metal enclosure MCB DB SPN 8 way with 200 amps rated bus bar 240 volts double door with magnetic locking system complete all as specified Make: Havells/Standard/Indo asain. (f) M.C.B., single pole, 240 volts, 6 Amps to 32 Amp breaking capacity 10KA(type 'B') . (g) Supply & Fixing M.C.B. SPN, 240 Volts, 32 Amps breaking capacity 10 KA (type B curve). (h) Supply and fixing one star rated energy saving ceiling fan 1200mm sweep as per latest IS-374-2019 having service value ≥ 4 to 4.5 m³/min/w and 50 watts with double ball bearing and three blades with all accessories, down rod, two nos canopy, white in colour including 2 core 0.5 sqmm copper flexible cable for connection from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and directed. (j) M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode to galvanised earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel protected by galvanised iron light grade 15 mm dia pipe and GI Pipe 20 mm light grade for water filling including 15x20 mm reducer socket funnel wire mesh, RCC cover PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus spoil, to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs all as specified and shown on electrical plate No. 5 of 1991 (Part-I) complete all as directed. (k) M & L for sub main wiring with 2 single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable, 1100v grade with FRLS PVC 6 sq mm copper cable multi stranded conductor drawn through and including ISI marked PVC conduit 25 mm dia complete, fixed on walls/ceilings with PVC saddles as per IS including of 6 sqmm dia FRLS PVC Copper cable green colour as earth wire connected to earth all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
