Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power, bell point ) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, bell push,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring concealed conduit type with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed and multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn through and including PVC conduit 20 mm bore having 2 mm wall thickness with all conduit accessories for one light /fan/buzzer/soket outlet point controlled by one switch including continuous 1.5 sqmm copper conductor, stranded (green colour as earth ,red as phase and black as neutral) PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire connected to common earth dolly to be terminated in and including suitable size module boxes alongwith cover plate for housing of switches/sockets etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : Unit rates quoted by contractor shall be deemed to included for cutting chases in walls and making good in cement morter (1:3) and finishing the surface to match with exisiting surface with distemper and wall putty.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB of current rating 100 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts AC, 16 KA rupturing capacity with adjustable thermal type release including taking down old Unsv MCCBs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB of current rating 63 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts AC, 16 KA rupturing capacity with adjustable thermal type release including taking down old Unsv MCCBs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Twin core 6 Sqmm size cable flat or circular, 1100V grade heavy duty cable, PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheating of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 Mtr apart including 4mm dia galvanised iron wire as in replacement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Twin core 10 Sqmm size cable flat or circular, 1100V grade heavy duty cable, PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheating of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 Mtr apart including 4mm dia galvanised iron wire as in replacement complete all as specified and directed.
