Complete overhauling & re-conditioning of roof top/ductable package type air-conditioning units including replacement of faulty compressor complete with dismentaling of existing compressor, reconditioning of cooling coils, replacement of existing air filters with MERV-13 or superior filters, installation, testing & commissioning of all package type ac units with all components, with minor modification in refrigeratioin piping, if any, and conducting of Nitrogen pressure testing to locate any leakages in refrigeration circuit, arresting the leakages with copper brazing and holding the Nitrogen pressure of 300 PSI for 24 hours, vacuumising the entire system before gas charging, topping up of required quantity of refrigerent gas in the system complete with painting etc. all as required & specified up to the entire satishfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, Fixing,testing and commissioning of fire dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes i/c control wiring,the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal complete as required and as per specifications

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.......(a) Thickness 0.80 mm sheet )

Supply and fixing of acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with 25 mm thick resin bonded glass wool having density of 32 kg/m³, with 25 mm X 25 mm GI section of 1.25 mm thick, at 600 mm centre to centre covered with Reinforced Plastic tissue paper and 0.5 mm thick perforated aluminum sheet fixed to inside surface of ducts with cadmium plated nuts, bolts, stick pins, CPRX compound etc. complete as required and as per specifications.

Supplying and fixing 50mm thick aluminium foil faced resin bonded fibre glass insulation (on duct) of density 24 kg/cu.m or mineral wool insulation(non combustible) of density 44 kg/cum after applying two coats of cold setting adhesive (CPRX compound) sealing all joints with self adhesive aluminium tape & covering with 0.63mmx19mm GI wire mesh netting & butting all joints and laced with GI wire complete and finally covered with one layer of tar felt stuck with hot bitumen as per specifications and as required. (for outdoor applications)

Supplying and fixing of following thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class "O") insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required. (25 mm thick)

Dismantling of the existing ducting from site completed with insulation, supports etc. all as reqd. & as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
