Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100(eighty-hundred) K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and bromming, crushable screening at the rate of 0.22 cum ( zero point two two cubic meters) per ten square meters, to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –III, 53mm to 22.4mm ( Fifty three millimeters to twenty two point four millimeters) size, 75mm ( seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 by Mechnical Means including of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with BITUMEN emulsion (RS-1)using emulsion pressure distributor at rate of 0.225 kg. (Zero point two two five kilograme) per square meter on the prepared bituminous surface and cleaned with hydraulic brooms as per MORD technical specifications clause No.503 including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with Min 40-60 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminious binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 Per cent of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alignment , rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desire compaction as per MORTH technical specifications clause 509 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rates also includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm (two point five millimeter) thick including reflectrosing glass beads @ 250 gms. (two hundred fifty grams) per square meter area, thickness of 2.5mm (two point five millimeter) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate is including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax,GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
