PROVISION OF 30 KVA SILENT DIESEL GENERATOR SET, SERVO VOLTAGE STABILIZER AND ASSOCIATED ACCESSORIES FOR NCN BROWNFIELD AT MO AND SPL REPAIRS FOR REPLACEMENT OF 80 KVA UPS ALONG WITH BATTERIES AT NCN DATA CENTRE VISAKHAPATNAM

Supply installation, commissioning and testing of silent, diesel engine driven factory assembled, floor mounted, generating set of capacity 30 KVA/ 24 KW, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ, 1500 RPM complete with safety control, the engine shall be compatible to CPCB-IV + norms and having inbuilt emission control system to reduce PM level and metering equipments mounted on common base frame on new PCC foundation required at site as by manufacturer recommendation all as specified and as directed comprising of the following complete : -

(A) Prime Mover directly coupled, diesel engine, turbo charged, water cooled suitably de-rated of matching BHP for driving 30 KVA/ 24 KW capacity alternator electric start conforming to IS- 8528 with prime rated power rating, G1 class and capable for taking 10% over load for one hour complete with the following accessories: - (i) Fly wheel to suit flexible coupling (ii) Flexible coupling with guards (iii) Air cleaners with filters (iv) Lubricating oil filter, fuel filter, fuel pre filter (v) Anti-vibration pads as recommended by manufacturer (vi) Fuel injecting system with injection pump, nozzles, governer (mechanical) of suitable capacity (vii) Electric start equipment (viii) Dynamo/ alternator for charging battery - 1 No along with cutout Make - Lucas (ix) Lead acid storage battery 12 volts, as recommended by manufacturer Make - Exide along with copper battery lead and connector (x) Battery rack made out of MS angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm & 150 mm height. (xi) Standard safety device (xii) Exhaust silencer (Residential Silencer) with exhaust piping of suitable size brought out side the building and complete length of silencer and exhaust piping continously wrapped with 12 mm dia asbestos rope and suitable anti-vibration arrangement around pipe passing through wall.

(xiii) Electric/ mechanical as per manufacturer instructions panel duly wired and comprising of the following: (a) Lubrication oil temperature gauge - 1 No (b) Lubrication oil pressure gauge - 1 No (c) Water temperature gauge - 1 No (d) Starting switch with key - 1 No (e) Battery charging ammeter, battery charging lamp and fuse box, voltmeter, engine speedometer, engine running hours meter, frequency meter, Engine Make: Cummins, Model :- X2.6-G1or equivalent model from the list of makes (f) Indicator lamp etc. (B) Alternator 30 KVA/ 24 KW at 0.8 power factor, self regulated, self excited, screen protected 3 phase with neutral 415 volts 50 Hz 1500 RPM complete with automatic voltage regulator including making cable connections, insulation class - H and alternator control panel as supplied by manufacturer. Make:“STAMFORD” or equivalent from the list of makes.

(C ) Base Frame sturdy, MS fabricated, channel iron base frame for mounting the engine & alternator (D) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE of suitable size to accommodate DG set 30 KVA/ 24 KW, modular construction, fabricated out of 3 mm thick, cold annealed CRC sheet duly epoxy painted.Doors to be provided with high quality EDPN gasket, duly epoxy painted. The canopy to be equipped with fans of reputed manufacturer for air circulation. Rock wool to be used for insulation. (E) AMF CONTROL PANEL SUITABLE FOR OUTDOOR INSTALLATION WITH BY PASS ARRANGEMENT : Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of AMF (Automatic Mains Failure) panel suitable for generating set of capacity 30 KVA factory made, fabricated out of CRCA sheet (3.00 mm thick) of suitable size, with AMF panel with double contactor as per Powerica standards totally enclosed, dust, damp and vermin proof free standing floor mounted type and front operated, degree of protection required will be IP-55 conforming to IS 2147 with and including necessary foundation.

Supply & fixing XLPE/PVC insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with alumimium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 50 Sqmm x 3.5 Core, laid in trenches / duct / on pole including taking down existing un-serviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out all excavated material in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenching with soil and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning with clean and dry stone crushed stone dust in trenches for protection of UG cable and including punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness of stone dust coushioning shall only measured and paid.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1, flat, of size 250mmx 150mm x 40mm, laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 50 mm bore dia galvanised steel tubing, light grade, laid under road crossing, for cable protection or fixed to poles, walls or laid under floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 x 60 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to earth lead of galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC 1:1.5:3, type A1 cover slab, 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 140 mm C/C both ways, 10 mm dia plain bar lifting handle embedded in cover slab, Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 m length, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, 40 mm bore GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer etc.

Supply and fixing Servo controlled voltage stabilizer (Confirming as per BIS: 9815: Part 1: 1994 reaffirmed 2019) 3-phase, 50Hz, Naturally Oil Cooled, Indoor, Unbalanced Type, Copper Wound, Digital Display Type, Relay Free Smooth and Silent Operation with 1st filling of Transformer oil ( IS 335 :2018) having following specification: (a) Input voltage 360V-480V (b) Output voltage 415V + 1 % (Adjustable) (c) Rated frequency 50 Hz (d) No distortion in wave form (e) Response time not to exceed 1 0 mille seconds (f) Sensitivity (+)1 % (g) Rate of correction more then 6 Volt/second for per phase. S&F cubical type LT panel board, outdoor type, factory made from CPRI approved factory, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet and including MS angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm frame work, legs 0.6 m long, MC 100 channel base, totally enclosed, dust & vermin proof using neoprene rubber gasket (IP-54), double leaf door shutter in front side and single leaf shutter in rear side fixed with hinges having necessary locking arrangement in both front and rear door, with four side projected slanting roof, provided with louvers for ventilation / heat dissipation, danger notice plate, duly powder coated of approved shade over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally and including mounting on PCC platform made out of PCC (1:3:6), 150 mm thick (100 mm below & 50 mm above GL) all round the panel board and including necessary earth work.
