The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Providing & fixing of polycarbonate multi-layered, multicell connectible modular panel system, a complete assembly of coextruded UV plus polycarbonate panels along with all standard fixing accessories. The polycarbonate panel shall be 16 mm thick with up-stand seam at both sides. The panel shall be uniform in colour with an integral core. In a cross section, the core shall be constructed of six walls, five cells with vertical separator in between like truss bracing structure to provide better strength to the panel. The polycarbonate panels with interlocking connectible Polycarbonate connectors running lengthwise at both sides of the panel shall be with double tooth locking and anti-pop, deep groove to counter shear wind forces. The whole system shall be secured using SS /Aluminium Cleat having minimum two points for fastening with self-drilling Screws to have proper fixing with the existing structural framework. The SS /Aluminium cleat shall have a pull-out load of min. 7000N (7KN) tested as per ISO 6892:1998 and IS 1608:2005. The whole system shall be secured with end caps, breather tape/solid tapes, Aluminium “U” – End profile (Mill finish) having drainage holes to let rainwater flow out without affecting the panel system. U value shall not be more than 2.1 Watt/m2K as per EN ISO 10077-2:2018. Panels must satisfy Dart drop impact test as per IS 14443 – 97 shall show no sign of breakage on polycarbonate sheets which have been exposed to UV for a min. 500 Hours as per ASTM G 155. Panels shall not have Yellowness Index as per ASTM D 1925 of 15 units when tested on a sample exposed UV for 500 Hours as per ASTM G 155. Panel shall satisfy the fire spread test as per ASTM D 635 – 18. All respective third-Party test certificates shall be produced before supplying the material and the same shall not be more than 5 years old and shall be from NABL accredited Indian labs. The system shall bear a 10 Year Limited Warranty towards Light Transmission, Colour and Breakage by the manufacturer. The Item includes supplying, Installation and fixing of multicell polycarbonate sheet on pre-installed structural M.S. framework (MS Work paid separately) with SS /Aluminium Cleat including all accessories complete to make a watertight canopy including transportation, lifting, scaffolding to any height etc. to complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall be executed through the authorised person of the approved Manufacturer. Color: Clear and White or as approved.
