Annual Maintenance Contract for the Chandelier fittings at Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple, Chennai, Tamilnadu State for two years from 2026-27 to 2027-28

Annual Comprehensive maintenance, repairs & reconditioning of big size Chandelier available at Sri PAT Temple & SV Temple, Chennai. The work includes labour charges for dismantling, cleaning and refixing the chandelier. The various sizes of damaged crystals with necessary pins, LED Bulbs & pencil crystals etc. are to be replaced with new one by the contractor.

The work includes labour charges for dismantling, cleaning and refixing the chandelier. The various sizes of damaged crystals with necessary pins, LED Bulbs & pencil crystals etc. are to be replaced with new one by the contractor.

Scope of Work:-1) Inspect & cleaning the Chandeliers every six months in once. 2) The contractor should be replaced damaged crystals, Pins, Pencil crystals & any other materials during the maintenance period. 3) The cleaning materials & solutions etc. supplied by the contractor at his cost only. 4) Necessary ladders shall be arranged by the contractor during the maintenance period. 5) The contractor should be attended breakdown calls during the emergencies. 6) Service reports must be sent to the concerned DyEE (Elec.)-III & AE (Elec.) soon after each service.
