Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Multistage Horizontal Centrifugal Pump with Bronze Impeller, Cast Iron/S.G Iron casing/WCB, mechanical Seal, bearing lubrication oil, Coupled to energy efficient squirrel cage induction Motor resting on a M.S common base frame properly aligned. The motor shall be suitable for three phase 415 V ± 10%, 50 Hz supply. The job includes parallel combination of two pump sets. Each pump set fitted with Control valves having suitable pressure rating; Cast iron NRV, sluice valves. ERW MS Suction 15m and delivery 5mtr pipe with Long radius 90o bends, foot valves with strainer. clips and clamps, nipples. Delivery pipes of each pump shall be fitted to common pressure header. Provision for priming facility using 25mm heavy duty ball valves 25 mm (ERW) M.S. Pipe etc with each pump and etc. The sizes / quantities of the control valves and suction delivery pipe and other accessories shall be in accordance with the size of the pump and site condition i) Design Discharge = 2 Cusec ii) Total Dynamic Head = 275 mtr iii) Efficiency = 70% or above iv) Driving Motor Rating at 415V ± 10%,50Hz = 350HP Speed =1450 RPM – 1480 RPM v) Insulation = F-class

Control panel with one Incomer and two out goings for two pump sets in parallel Operation. (One running and the other standby and vice versa) with soft starter / star Delta starter for each pump sets. Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring, Installation testing and commissioning fixed type, floor mounted, cubical design motor control centre fabricated out of 2mm/14 SWG CRCA thick sheet duly painted, suitable for indoor use, internally wired complete with Aluminum bus bar covered with PVC heat shrinkable sleeves, colour coded. The panel shall be complete with all protections in-built (Over load/PTC/Line fault / Voltage imbalance / Phase reversal / Under voltage / Over voltage / Over temperature / Open Gate / Excessive Starts per Hr, Single phasing), Innovative starting solutions:- (soft start / soft stop / current limit/full voltage/kick start/preset slow speed/ linear speed start and stop/dual ramp), Main incoming MDO ACB with short circuit release including earth fault and under voltage protection. Bus bar, metering ( incoming and outgoing Voltmeter, Ampere meter, Frequency meter) (3-phase current/3-phase voltage/power factor of running motor, phase indication lamp (RYB with CTs), outgoing MCCB for each pump sets, capacitor Bank for an improved power factor of .95 to 1, soft starter with over load relays. The control panel shall be complete with single core copper cable of recommended size of 50 RMT confirming to IS 694 with thimbles-40 Nos from panel to AVR, Automatic Voltage Regulator to Panel and Panel to Motor having option for 3-wire and 6-wire connections, and 3 ½ core aluminum cable of 25 RMT of recommended current rating e from L.T.Pole to control panel.
