The work shall also include the regular cleaning and upkeeping of area out side the plots by way of engaging man power / machineries / tools & plants, excluding the drains but including the jungle clearance & disposal of solid waste lying in between the plot boundary and drain on daily basis.The waste so collected will be transported and disposed of in proper manner by the agency at its own level and cost, to the designated place of local bodies or as per directions of engineer in-charge. | 2.00 | Labour charges for cleaning the full right of way (ROW) of road length of about 11.50 kms,(27.50 Hect.ROW Area) on daily basis excluding drain at Industrial Area Mandore. The scope of work consists of:a. Leveling/dressing of berm portion including jungle clearance, removal of rubbish etc between carpet edge & drain & the area between drain & boundary of plots i.e. upto full width of ROW in required camber & grade so as to drain off the water from road portion to drain inlets easily. The removal of overburden shall be done mechanically/manually as per site condition to the full satisfaction of engineer-in – charge including all cost of T & P with all consumables.The contractor will be bound to follow the Rules & Regulations/Orders of NGT,RSPCB etc as applicable from time to time.b. Cleaning of paved shoulder/footpath wherever provided including removal of grass/any other foreign matter and cleaning of chutes.c. Transportation of excavated/scrapped material/Garbage/rubbish from the site outside the industrial area.d. Cleaning of carpet area in all respect including removal of dust, foreign material i.e loose/deposited, jungle clearance, garbage, litter polythene bags etc. manually or mechanically as per site conditions .e. Removing all the hoardings, banners posters etc on regular basis. f. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to restrict the entrepreneurs not to dump the waste material on road/ROW falling on the roads given in G-Schedule & name of plant/factory is to be reported to engineer-in – charge so as to take action against the defaulter entrepreneurs as per RIICO rules. g. If any type of the excavated /broomed/scraped material or any other foreign material is seen lying on the road included in the work order for more than Three days, then after Three days a penalty as per Terms & Conditions shall be deducted from the bill. h. It shall be sole responsibility of the contractor to remove the dead animal/Skeleton from the road portion (included in work order) on same day so as avoid any type of infection from the area concerned. i. The contractor shall maintain a register to get the feedback regarding cleanliness done on respective road & respective entrepreneurs established on that particular roads & same is to be got countersigned from the engineer-in-charge at regular intervals as mutually decided.
