Providing and fitting of TC- 18 coupling set complete along with flexible rubber tyre to 10 cusec Hz pumping unit of lift irrigation scheme Sheeri-II. The job also includes the charge for taking of dimensions at site and then boring of holes at workshop to the coupling halves which shall match with size of shaft of pump and motor. The job also includes the charge for modification of base frame which required M.S channel of suitable size approx 5kg. The job also includes the charge of skilled labour, welding set, D.G set, Gas cutter, welding electrodes Nuts & bolts (3kg) for base frame, grease two kg .After completion of work the pumping unit should be tested on full load.

Repairs to damaged CGI shed/ suction side pipe caused by tree fall at lift irrigation scheme Novla by way of using manual/ Skilled labour for dismantling of suction pipe from damaged flange for welding work. After welding work pipe fitting back to its proper position by way of tightening nuts & bolts. The charges for welding of trusses, sections, frame work at damaged spots with the help of skilled labour & repairs of CGI sheet by way of opening all the CGI sheets bended due to fall of tree branches, then refitting back them properly one by one after removing bends, with new nuts & bolts. The job includes the charge of welding set, D.G set, Gas cutter, Skilled/ Manual labours, Nuts & Bolts for pumping unit, suction side pipe, CGI Shed (7Kg).

Repairs to 05 cusec end suction pump M.S impeller of lift irrigation scheme Novla by way of dismantling of impeller from pump with the help of manual labour, loading in car & shifting it to workshop for repairs. The job includes the charge for fabrication of new neck ring of impeller as per design then fitted it properly with the help of welding work. The job also includes the charge of turning, finishing, etc. on lathe with the help of skilled labour for completion of work, then shifted it back to site & tested pump on full load.

Repairs to 05 HP priming pump suction, delivery pipe of lift irrigation scheme Manzgam by way of replacement of damaged 40mm & 20mm gate/ check valve with new ones for the completion of work. The job also includes the charge for grease four kg, palmative packing four kg for site.

Repairs to the minor leakage (410cm long) at 04 spots along 400mm dia. M.S rising main at lift irrigation scheme Zandfarn Zogiyar at various cracked portions of pipe, pipe flanges, end to end joints, rusted bolts etc. by way of multiple weld runs, using M.S filler material and using appropriate sized of M.S plate of suitable thickness wherever required to make joint strong and leak proof. The job includes hire charges of D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, manual labours, earth excavation and skilled welder for completing the repair work. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load.

Repairs to the minor leakage (540cm long) at 06 spots along 750 & 350 mm dia. M.S rising main at lift irrigation scheme Sheeri-I at various cracked portions of pipe, pipe flanges, end to end joints, rusted bolts etc. by way of multiple weld runs, using M.S filler material and using appropriate sized of M.S plate of suitable thickness wherever required to make joint strong and leak proof. The job includes hire charges of D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, manual labours, earth excavation and skilled welder for completing the repair work. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load.

Complete dismantling of V.T pumping unit no.02 having 96 Mtr dynamic head of L.I.S Zandfarn by way of disconnecting of all leads from motor, uncoupling of motor from the pump, disconnecting of motor with stool, dismantling of various parts of pumps such as discharge , column pipes, shafts, couplings, bowl assembly, suction bell mouth, impellers, fasteners and other parts. The job also includes the charge for completing opening of bowl at site with the help of skilled labours, heavy tools & tackles. Multi stage pump with four column pipe 250mm dia. The job includes the charge for removing of debris/ waste material from strainer, cleaning all the parts with the help of skilled labour, the fitted it properly one by one & tested pump on full load. The job also includes the charge of p/f palmative packing & grease five kg each for site.
