strip opening of submersible motor of capacity 3HP, 3 phase, 415V complete cut opening and removing the motor winding, rewinding the motor with special water resistant insulated high quality proper gauge super enameled copper winding wire including warnishing, replacement of water seal and auxiliary coil and all worn out parts and reassembling pump and motor complete all as to match with original manufacturer and lowering the pump set into existing well / UG Sump/bore well connecting up with delivery pipe line, electric/water line, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Supply only chlorine disinfectant for superior quality for mixing with water treatment complete all as specified and directed (Make : approved by Engineer in Chief)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel framed work of any description and S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-410-w, Gde E-250 including applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed. Note : (d) Cost of T&P, ladder, scafolding etc included in the quoted rate.

Dismantling centrifugal/monoblock pumpset & motor of capacity 3 HP from the base and transporting to the trade work shop for carrying out rewinding and overhauling of motor and pump set assembly including taking out defective spare parts and Carrying out rewinding and overhauling of motor assembly after cutting burnt winding wire, cleaning of core slots and re- winding by using super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge and turn as per existing incl providing all insulation materials & varnishing heating, replacement of worn out bearing bushing, bolts/nuts/washers etc incl lubrication, and assembling the complete motor assembly, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed. Suppply and fixing submain wiring with using two single core 6.0 Sqmm copper multy stranded conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed (FRLS) cable and one single core 6.0 Sqmm copper multistandred conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed (FRLS) Earth wire using ISI MArked IS 694 1100 volts grade PVC insulated flexible stranded copper conductor wire drawn through with and including medium grade concealed PVC conduit ISI marked not less than 25 mm dia including conduit fitting and accessories complete including cutting chases in existing wall of any descirption built in cement mortar and making good the disturbed surfaces in cement mortor (1:4) and finishing the surfaces to match with existing surfaces and finish termonatioin with bottle type copper lugs conduit being laid either in ceiling slab or wall or on surfaces or under the frame of the false ceiling including PVC flexible conduit or through wooden partition including clamping arrangement as required complete including removing unserviceable submain wiring all as sepcified and directed . Disconnecting the electric supply from the mains, transporting the water cooler capacity upto 60 Ltr from original location to workshop to carry out the servicing complete and re-fixing at the original position after repairs and making the watre cooler fully functional and testing for satisfactory working, complete all as specified and directed.
