OVER HEAD TANK WORKS 100 Kl 19 m. Staging

Design and Construction of RCC O.H.T of 100 Kl capacity (in Kiloliters) and 12 m. Staging with 1.00m wide RCC staircase from G.L. to balcony and from balcony to Top Dome 1m x 1m RCC landing at suitable locations and railed with 3 rows of 25mm dia. G.I. (M) pipe on 65x65x5mm angle iron posts fixed with ladder, top to the floor inside of the tank. M.S. M.H. cover with loacking arrangement, lightning conductor as per electricity rules, water level indicator, supply and fixing of outlet, inlet, overflow and wash out pipes with necessary sluice valves, pipe pieces (including cost of materials) flooring 0.60 M wide apron, painting on tank body, vertical pipe, ladder M.S M.H. cover , ventilator column etc. complete with approved water proofing ( apex)/ enamal paint, testing, filling water for testing purpose etc. including supply of vertical pipes and specials assuming bearing capacity as 8MT/M2 staging 12.00 meter

Additional rates for staging per meter height beyond 12 m height including cost of all material, labour, shuttering, scaffolding T&P complete for 205 Kl capacity Over Head Tank. (Extra 7 M. Height)

PUMP HOUSE

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom, lift up to 1.5 mtr including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering finishing and reinforcement -all work up to plinth level in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 grad aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15 degree landing, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, stair cases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering finishing and reinforcement -all work up to plinth level in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 grade aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement in RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding, using Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars all complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, roping etc. and removal of form for edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20 cm wide circular in shape.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required. Providing of all materials, carting from site store to site of work, Lowering into trenches with true alignment, Laying of MS ERW Pipes grade Yst 210 Jointing by electric welding process with proper grade of electdes for jointing of water supply pipe lines (Ador, L&T or equivalant electrodes) by cutting of pipes and making required bends by welding completion of work with testing of pipe line etc complete. 65 mm dia- 4.8 mm thick.

Excavation in Ordinary Soil (loams, clay, sand) for foundation including lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m filling, watering and ramming of Excavated the earth into the trenches or into the sides between foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal. (20 X 0.70 X 1.10)

Printing with black anti corrosive bitumastic print of approved brand and manufacture to give an eve shade

DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM WORKS

Providing, Lowering into trenches with true to alignment, Laying & Jointing including specials of full lengths of HDPE Pipes of specified grade as per IS:4984-1995 and specifications, with testing of pipe line including supply of jointing materials. PE 100 PN-6

Dismantling manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50metres lead as per direction of Engineer in charge - for bituminous road

Dismantling manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : Water bound macadam road

Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm mud mortar, including filling joints with Jamuna sand, with common burnt clay non modular bricks.

Supplying and filling in plinth with Jamuna sand including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete in proposed water works.
