Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item including necessary trimming the sides of trenches, leveling and dressing, ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm. as directed and consolidating same by thorough saturation with water ramming complete, including the cost of supply of sand. (Payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity).

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Roof treatment by application of non toxic polyurethane modified acrylic based single component (P U Roof Coat) solvent free, cold applied polyurethane modified elastomeric waterproofing membrane with excellant UV resistant capasity as per ASTM D6083fa water based 100%acrylic elastomeric emulsion polymer latex coating used as protective coating for roofs} after preparing the surface by cleaning and ti repairing the roof cracks by cement & sand mortar (1:4), preferably with antishrinkage mortar (to be paid separately) if any, apply two coats along with a Primingcoat(two coats of P U Roof Coat and one coat of primer coat compatible with Sqm. i main product as per manufacturers specification) and reinforced with or without GeotextileFleece, including the cost of primer coat and basepreparation, tools & IPlantsbut excluding the cost of scaffolding and stagging complete as per direction ofEngineer -in-charge. (Note: If Geotextile Fleece not uesd ,the rate would be reduced by Rs. 5/-per Sqm)

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed. a) In ground floor

Dismantling artificial stone flooring upto 50mm. Thick by carefully chiselling without damaging the baseand removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. a) In ground floor including roof.

Artificial stone in floor, dado, staircase etc with cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips, laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners including raking out joints ....... using cement @ 1.75 kg/sq.m allcomplete including all materials and labour. In ground floor. 3 mm. thick topping (High polishing grinding on this item is not permitted with ordinary cement). Using grey cement. (iii) 25 mm. thick.

Labour for taking out door and window frame including shutter for repairor replacement of different parts of the frame & refixing the same including mending good all damages complete. (Concrete and brick work form ending damage will be paid separately)

Wood work in door and window frame fitted and fixed complete including a protective coat of painting at the contact surface of the frame excluding cost of concrete, Iron Butt Hinges and M.S.Clamps. (d) Sal : Local.

Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. pipes of TATA make with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads, fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. Scraping of moss, blisters etc. thoroughly from exterior surface of walls necessitating the use of scraper, wire brush etc. (Payment against this item will be made only when this has been done on the specificdirection of the Engineer-in-charge)

Rounding corners with cement mortar (1:3) for crack repairs.

Removing old scales, blisters etc. of interior surface of walls, ceiling by scraping etc. and preparing smooth and even surface with rendering or cement mortar (1:2) (as necessary), to make the surface suitable for receiving distemper. (Payment against this item will be made only when this has been done on the specific direction of the Engineer-in-charge).

White washing including cleaning and smoothening surface thoroughly. b) Two coats (to be done on specific instruction).

Cleaning the exposed reinforcement preferably upto full diameter by wire brush, applying two coats of polymer based rust removing compound left for 24 hours, removing the coating and then applying two (2) coats of polymer modified anti corrosive protective coating formulated to inhibit the corrosion of reinforcement as per manufacturer's specification][Mode of measurement:The affected surface area of reinforcement shall be considered for payment]

Applying epoxy based reactive joining agent for joining the old concrete with fresh concrete to be applied within manufacturer's specified time as per manufacturers specification. (0.4 Kg / m² of concrete surface).
