Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50 M. including all lifts, levelling, ramming the foudation trenches, removing roots of trees, shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including' cost of all materials, labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l (Mode of measurement complacted volume).

Providing designation 75A one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing P.C.C. M - 150 with nominal mix of (1:2:4) in foundation with approved quality of stone chips 20 mm to 6mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening, shuttering, mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position, vibrating, striking, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets .5mm total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams all compjob

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Providing and fixing precoted galvanised steel sheet roofing .5 mm

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surface all com job

Providing designation 75 A brick work in C.M. (1:6) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/ shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Factory made EPS core wall panel /roof sandwiched between to engineer wire mesh 3mm dia GI direction all taxes Basic rate600/m2++10%CP+5%OH

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) with clean sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening , curing with all leads & lifts of water scaffolding taxes and royality all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Finishing wall with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr./10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kgs/ 10 sqm.)

Wiring for light/fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed conduit with modular type switch,modular plate,suitable size G.I Box etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following piano type switch/ socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

S/F 'B' series, S. P. MCB:- Supply and fixing 6 amps to 32 amps rating, 240 volts, 'B' series, miniature circuit breker suitable for lighting and other loads of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

LED flood Light 50/60 W

S/F Modular type stepped tube electronic fan regulator on the existing plate switch box including connection but excluding modular plate etc as required

S/F metal box of 180 x 100 x 60 m deep on surface/recessed with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 and 15/16 Amp socket outlet and 15/16 Amp piano type switch connection etc as required.

Supply of 48" (1200 mm) Ceiling Fan Bajaj/Crompton or any other approved make etc without regulator

Providing and laying Doublecharge vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 / ISO 13006 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm .
