Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 cement :4coarse sand): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling coarse sand of size range 1.5 mm to 2 mm in recharge pit, in required thickness over gravel layer, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer -in- charge. in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate. in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) : With Modular bricks. in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes . in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m² .in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m².in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.
