SCHEDULE 'A' PART I (AIR CONDITIONING)
Dismantling of existing unserviceable AC plant central type 3X40 TR (Plant No-04) capacity complete consisting of compressor electric motor, controls mono block pumps set, cooling tower, electric panels, make up water tank ducting. piping with all control valve, cable from electric panel to all equipment’s, AHU including breaking up foundation of existing plant etc. and making good disturbed surface of wall/roof to match with existing surface finishes and removing dismantled materials from site complete and transport to MES yard for further disposal/auction complete all as specified and as directed.
Dismantling of existing unserviceable AC plant central type 3X35 TR (Plant No-08) capacity complete consisting of compressor electric motor, controls, mono block pumps set, cooling tower, electric panels, make up water tank, ducting, piping with all control valve, cable from electric panel to all equipment’s, AHU including breaking up foundation of existing plant etc. and make good disturbed surface of wall/roof to match with existing surface finishes and removing dismantled materials from site complete and transport to MES yard further disposal/ auction complete all as specified and as directed.
WATER-COOLED TYPE SCROLL CHILLAR UNIT Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory mounted, microprocessor controlled water-cooled scroll chillers, Minimum Nominal capacity 39 TR (03 Nos plant), Refrigerant R-410A, R 407C, total capacity of the plant should not less than 78 TR (2 Nos X 39 TR Working + 1 No X 39 TR Standby) with multi hermetically sealed scroll compressors, shell & tube type water cooled condenser and DX-shell & tube type evaporator duly insulated, electronic/ thermostatic expansion valve with external Equalizer, filter dryer, HP/LP pressure switch, internal refrigerant piping, all wiring work included, mounted on a common iron/MS base frame complete all as specified and as directed as per specification including the following:-
(a) Frame work for mounting the above condenser, chiller, compressor and motor with base plate complete with anti-vibration pads/springs. (b) Initial/first charge of refrigerant gas & compressor oil up to optimal level. (c) The chiller operation parameters shall be :- Chilled water in 54 °F(12.0° C) & Chilled water out 44 °F(6.7°C) d) Max operating pressure 150 psig (water side/condenser side) (e) Condenser water out 95.0 °F (35°C) & Condenser water in 84.99°F (29.44 °C) (f) Chiller fouling factor 0.000018 m² °C/W or 0.0001 sq ft hr f/btu (g) Condenser fouling factor 0.000044 m³ °C/W or 0.00025 sq ft hr f/btu (h) Chilling machine COP (at AHRI conditions) shall be min 4.4 and IPLV of min 5.2 & all performance requirements at ARI 550/590-1998 test condition. (j) Microprocessor shall activate audible/ visual and general alarm in event of low/ high temp, low high humidity etc. (k) Mode-Auto/manual, compressor restart protection, 10 sec time delay between system, 5 Deg C anti freeze protection, (l) Units shall incorporate single phase preventor, reverse phasing, phase imbalancing, phase failure, overload tripping, temp and gauge, flow switch etc for protection and smooth functioning of the chiller plant. (Desired Inside room Temp 72 +/- 2 F (fahrenheit) / 22+/-2°C & RH 60%+/-5%)
CHILLED WATER CIRCULATION PUMP Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of monoblock self-priming/single-stage centrifugal pump, discharge capacity min 100 US gallon per min & 24 mtr head, having cast iron casing, enclosed type dynamically balanced bronze impeller, stainless steel pump shaft. shaft sleeve stainless steel, mechanical packed sealing, deep groove ball bearings, delivery casing cast iron, etc. with TEFC squirrel cage Induction motor having class 'F' insulation, pump drive motor protection IP 55. 1E3 efficiency, conforming to IS 12615: 2018 and suitable for operation on 3-Ph. 415 V±10%, 50 Hz AC supply, base plate, mounting channel frame, accessories and fittings, viz, pressure gauges, thermometers, drains, coupling, coupling guard, vibration isolation arrangement by means of spring/rubber type mounting duly insulated with FM approved highly- flexible, closed-cell thermal insulation of elastomeric foam based on synthetic rubber (NBR) of appropriate thickness laminated with 12 micron aluminium foil facing with reinforced glass scrim along with adhesives and other necessary accessories complete all as specified and as directed.
FRP INDUCED DRAUGHT COOLING TOWER Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 100 TR COOLING TOWER induced draft, top discharge, counter flow type FRP cooling tower of sufficient structural strength to withstand vibrations and wind velocity upto 60 m/s, (Rectangular/Round bottle shape), heat rejection capacity with uniform water distribution and optimal heat transfer with FRP body and base, water spray headers, cooling tower fills, fan with motor, supporting base frames, inlet valve with float assembly, overflow with drain connection with valve and complete fan motor energy efficient induced draught axial type fans with factory set and dynamically balanced blades pitch, IE3 TEFC squirrel cage induction motor, suitable for operation on 3- Ph, 415 V, 50 Hz AC supply with IP 65 protection for enclosure, conforming to IS 12615: 2018, ASHRAE standard 90.1-2014 & NFPA 214, Capacity shall be suitable for 80 TR load (Min water flow rate 300 USGPM) as per ambient temperatures specified, FRP induced draft type CT of water from 97.5°F to 90° F at the design ambient wet bulb temperature of 83° F and the cooling tower shall be complete with casing hot water distribution system, fill, intake louver/drift eliminator as applicable), fan assembly with fan & motor, FRP cold water water basin, Gl ladder, guard rail, direct drive, safety guard, SS sprinklers and non- clogging sprinkler pipes with necessary fittings viz necessary make up, quick fill, drain, over flow etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
EXPANSION TANK FOR CHILLED PIPING Supply and fixing rigid PVC Expansion tank duty insulated with 50 mm thick TF quality thermocol and finished with Gl chicken wire mesh and two coats of sand cement platser with inlet, outlet, drain and over flow connections with all valves of 500Ltrs, capacity complete all as specified and as directed.
HDPE MAKE-UP WATER TANK FOR COOLING TOWER Supply and fixing multilayered HDPE make-up water tank of 2000 litre capacity made up of 100% virgin material, having 100% UV stabilized white outer layer, threaded lid, extra Insert lid for protection against algae formation with inter-connection piping and non-return valve etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

AIR HANDLING UNIT Supply, installation, testing and commissioning factory made double skin in puff construction, chilled water air handling unit (AHU) including panel construction, mixing box section, pre-filter section, coil section, heater section, fan section, Filter section -2, damper section etc. suitable capacity 15000 CFM, 65 mm TSP floor mounted fabricated out of extruded aluminium section with 0.6 mm pre-plasticized/ pre-coated galvanized steel sheet outside and 0.6 mm galvanized steel sheet inside with SISW/DIDW Backward/ Forward curved centrifugal blower in MS Construction, blower section, fan and fan section, fan motor TEFC type suitable for operation on 415 volts 50 Hz +5% AC supply 4 row made of aluminium finned having thickness 0.15 mm, copper tube having thickness 0.4 mm, MS header with coil section, pre filter section with non woven synthetic media of 10 micron particle size with an efficiency of 90 %, RH entering to coil 55%, polished stainless steel drain pan made out of SS 304 and drain pain thickness 18 gauge duly insulated complete with motor, belt drive/ direct drive packaged, guard etc. without face and bypass dampers complete all as specified and as directed as per specification including the following:-
(a) The AHU Panels shall be insulated with 23 ± 2 mm thick and 38 kg/m³ density PU foam. (b) The motor and blower assembly shall be mounted on Aluminium extruded section only. (c) The complete AHU shall conform to standard specification. (d) The face velocity across cooling coil shall be limited to 137 MPM max face velocity across pre filters 152 MPM, max fan outlet velocity- 487 FPM, max fan speed -1000 RPM, max fan motor speed -1500 RPM. (e) The capacity of air handlers shall be decided corresponding to volume of air to be handled for achieving the desired Inside condition. (f) Contractor should check the existing AHU room size and design the AHU unit accordingly. If any minor civil work is required for AHU room modification, rates will be separately as per relevant item of the schedule. Note:- (i) Mixing box have fresh air, return air damper. (ii) These dampers shall have low leakage aerofoil design and in aluminium construction. (iii) Existing Plant No 4-AHU room 1 size, 5.38x3.30x 5.20 (LXWXH), Room No 2 size 3.5x5.38x5.20, Plant No 8 AHU room size 4.6x4.7x4.02(LXWXH)
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 nos x 3 kW (2 Banks) strip heaters duct mounted electric finned strip Heater, arranged in banks for monsoon reheating with humidistat, gyser stat or necessary safety as required and thermostatic controller including power and control wiring, unit shall be of corrosion resistant steel frame with control box, unit shall start only after air supply is active and automatically cutoff as package unit stop, actual kW shall be considered as per Manufacturer standard complete all as specified and as directed.

THERMAL INSULATION Supply and fixing FM approved highly- flexible, closed-cell thermal insulation of elastomeric foam based on synthetic rubber (NBR), laminated with 12 micron aluminium foil facing with reinforced glass scrim tested for service temperature range 0-105 °C as per EN 14706, EN 14707 & EN 14304, thermal conductivity ≤ 0.037 W/mK at mean temperature em = 20 °C as per EN 12667 & EN ISO 8497, water vapour diffusion resistance factor µ ≥ 12000 as per EN 12086 & EN 13469, water absorption by volume 0.2% as per ASTM C 1763 & ASTM C 209, Class 0 fire performance as per BS 476 Part 6: 1989, Class 1 surface spread of flame as per BS 476 7: 1997, flammability HB, V-0 as per UL-94, having good resistance to mechanical impact, excellent resistance to ozone, oil and chemicals, zero ozone depletion potential along with adhesives and other necessary accessories having 13 mm thick thermal insulation (For Return air duct inside building) complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and installation of powder coated aluminium perforate grilles complete with AL volume control damper with anti smudge ring and removable core complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and installation of Gl volume control damper in supply / return air ducting for air balancing with anti smudge ring and removable core complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and installation of Gl louver with necessary bird screen for fresh air intake with anti smudge ring and removable core complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Rate are inclusive of any damaged portion of false ceiling and its connected work shall made good as per the existing specification here in above under sr item No 42-45.
HVAC PANEL Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of HVAC Plant Room Panel- IP 54 Type (Panel Must Be as per IS 61439 part 1 & 2) & CPRI Approved manufacturer Powder coated enclosure made out of TATA/SAIL/ESSAR make CRCA sheet having 2 mm for load bearing surfaces & 1.6 mm for NON load bearing surfaces, duly processed powder coated having siemens grey colour including channels/MCB channels/fibre glass/ gaskits/sleeves/nuts /bolts/ washers/ cooling/fans/etc) with wiring inclusive of thimbles, etc. and as per following specification:

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32x6mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for civil work for chiller foundation, repair of AHU room if required and other minor repair work for complete installation of chiller plant as per above specification and details complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) The foundation shall be casted comprising of PCC/steel reinforcement as per the drawing and specifications of OEM for the various plants/equipments. (ii) Earth work, excavation, returning filling removal of surplus soil with necessary form work are to be paid within the quoted rates, no extra on this account shall be admissible.
