Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) under foundations and under flooring bed using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard , machine crushed granite from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, river sand , coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, all charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in foundations curing etc., and cost of overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) by manual means in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15cms thick consolidating each deposit layer with watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operaitonal, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T&P and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work for (APSS NO.309&310)

Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of 1200mm dia NP4 R.C.C. Spun / Vibrated Cast (Reinforced) Socket and Spigot pipes conforming to B.I.S. 458/2003 at ex-factory (rate permeter of effective length) Excluding transportation & taxes

Lowering the RCC plain ended pipes carefully into the trench laying them true to alignment and gradient, jointing RCC pipes with Cement joints including curing, the cost of jointing materials i.e., Cement Mortar (1:1.5), hemp yarn etc., and testing including filling with water with a water lead upto 500 metres as per BIS No.783/85. 1200 Rmt

Filling with carted gravel by manual means in trenches,sides of foundations and basement in layers not exceeding 15cm thick,watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of gravel and water to work site and all operaitonal, incidental, labour charges,hire charges of T&P etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for fnished item of work(APSS NO.309&310).

Supply and placing of Design Mix Concrete M20 grade corresponding to IS 456 with minimum cement content of 350 kgs per 1 cum of concrete using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard Granite metal (coarse aggregate)(consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm , 15% of 13.20/12.50mm , 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm ) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (river sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, centering using Steel scaffolding pipes, jack Props, wallers, Foot plates, brackets, steel Centering Plates, etc., including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating, curing and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) FOR COLUMNS, LINTELS
