EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of distribution transformer, capacity 100 KVA, step down, outdoor floor mounted type, double copper wound core type, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AC,oil immersed with "ONAN" type cooling with external cooling tubes/radiators having no load voltage ratio11/0.433 KV Vector Group Dyn11, delta primary and star secondary copper windings with off load tap changing arrangement on HT side to vary secondary voltage up to + 5 % in steps of 2.5 % and with standard fittings all as per IS:1180,Part-1(2014) and certain additional accessories as specifed in this tender documents including filling of transformer oil, having dielectric strength not less than 40 KV (rms) with gap of 2.0 mm, conforming to IS: 335-1993 and including PCC foundation as per manufacturer's instructions and necessary fixing of foundation bolts, nuts, washers etc., complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : (i) List of of accessories to be provided with the transformer have been specified in particular specifications and quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the specified accessories. (viii) Necessary foundtaion/PCC platform and 1.50 meter height channel fencing shall be provided as per manufacturer's recommendation and quoted rate for the transformer shall be deemed to be inclusive of the cost for the same).(ix) Necessary chain link fencing with iron posts with clear min 1050 mtr space from the foundation should be provided for a height 2.00 mtr with a suitable gate and applying two coats of zink oxide primer
