Providing one No. of 6plus1 seater vehicle of model 2020 & above with driver, fuel and lub for Flood monitoring and dam level inspection at Ambikanagar (BP dam & TH dam) on 2000 Kms/month 12 hours basis for a period of three months

To qualify for award of this contract, bidders must be a Contractor or transport agency or fleet owner and shall have proven experience in providing vehicle hiring services to Government Organizations / Public Sector Undertakings / Institutions/ Reputed organizations. In proof of this bidder should submit copy of single work order and corresponding work done certificate for the similar nature of vehicle hiring services provided for total amount of Rs 0.96 Lakhs (Excluding GST) during the last five financial years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. Work done certificate must be issued by the competent authority with seal and signature (in case of state/central Government /Government under taking from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre and in case of KPCL not below the rank of Chief Engineer).Weightage of 10 % per year shall be given to the cost of completed works of previous years to bring them to the price level of present financial year.

The bidder in his name, should have in the last five financial years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 1.93 lakhs. In proof of this Turnover Certificate duly certified by Charted Accountant shall be furnished. (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous annual turnover to bring the current price level of 2026-27).
