Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm in floors etc set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed with colour cement to match the floor, and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar in CM 1:4 and including the chipping of the existing PCC floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for digital design glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface of size of each tile 350 x 250 mm and 7 to 8 mm thick fixed to wall with and including 10 mm thick cement sand mortar in CM 1: 4 , set and joint in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the same complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down door shutters and cutting from bottom minimum 2 inch and easing & adjusting, refixing in same opening of any description size exc 1 sqm & n.exc 2 sqm each

Dismantling of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness (except ceramic tiles) in floors, aprons etc laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring in steps, rises and floor ( 1.2 to 1.5 m length) 18-20mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, moulding on edge and mirror polishing over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and including the chipping of the existing PCC floor complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge such as in steps cooking platform and other similar work all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick set , jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment including screed bed, 15 mm in CM 1:6 complete all as specified by Engr- in- Charge

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) as in Sub floors, Sub bases, flooring etc all as directed.

M&L cement concrete 75 mm thick type C-1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded agg ) as in plinth protection lead in aternate bays etc all as directed by Engr in charge including necessary form work.

Taking down chowkats or frame exc. 1.50 sqm and not exceeding 4 Sqm each with shutters (with out taking off shutter from the frame) and removing from site.

S&F factory made 30mm thick second class hardwood glazed and skelton shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc with sash bars, edge of framing, plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR part-I Section 8 Clause No 8.24 (a) supplied and fitted with chowkaths complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on PCC block masonry / brick surface in CM 1:4 including mixing of water proofing compoud to finished even and fair all as directed. Note: water proofing compound shall be measered and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound( ISI marked).

M&L for preparation of wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion weather coat paint of any tint and pattern as approved by GE over a coat of acrylic primer all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painting surfaces etc of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a thin layer of wall care putty all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painting surfaces of walls etc and applying two coat of cement base paint on walls over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint all as specified.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connection incl cleaning for refixing of following bore :-

Chiselling/cutting for Stone/Brick wall to conceal the GI Pipes into the walls and includig the finishing with cement mortar in 1:4 and n exc 10 cm girth all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position on wall, ceiling, floor etc of 15 mm dia all as specified.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position on wall, ceiling, floor etc of 20 mm dia all as specified.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring for (light, fan, bell, socket, power socket etc) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, lamp holder bracket, light fittings, tube light fittings, regulators, ceiling rose, mirror light fitting, ceiling light fitting, fancy light fitting, fall ceiling light fitting bell/buzzer and removing serviceable materials to store for keeping in safe custody and removing unserviceable materials from site and making good distrubed surfaces of wall, floor etc

M & L Sub main wiring with 2 run of 6 Sqmm singel core copper conductor cable drawn through in rigid PVC conduit heavy duty ISI marked with fitting and 4.0 Sq mm single core copper conductor cable for continues earth wire all as directed. Note : 2 runs of cable and one run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one length.

Taking out existing earthing complete at stie

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to incl galvanized iron or steel earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by mean of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers including GI protection pipe 15mm dia medium grade and watering pipe shall be 20mm dia GI medium grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit and RCC cover etc all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR. Note : GI protection pipe and earth wire upto 7.5 metre deemed to included in quoted rates.

M & L for galvanized iron or steel earth lead wire 4.0mm dia complete
