1.Grand Inauguration: Opening Ceremony Choreography by associating 150+ Pan India artists (as per Art Forms mentioned in Tender document) during opening ceremony.

a) Date and Time: The opening ceremony is scheduled for November 3rd, 2023.

b) Artists and Cultural Unity: A diverse ensemble of 150+ artists representing various cultures will come together to embody the theme of "Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat."

c) Theme Song: A bespoke theme song, with a minimum duration of 20 minutes, is to be composed and created specifically for the opening act. The song should encapsulate the essence of unity in diversity

d) LED Diyas aarrangement: Illuminate the ceremony with the glow of 1000+ LED diyas, creating a visually stunning and harmonious atmosphere.

e) Duration of the Opening Act: The opening act is expected to last approximately minimum 30 minutes, ensuring a captivating and immersive experience for the audience.

f) Costume Procurement: The agency is responsible for sourcing and procuring costumes for all participating artists, aligning with the cultural diversity and theme of the event

g) Props Management: Manage and coordinate all necessary props required for the various acts and performances during the opening ceremony.

h) Performance Acts: The opening ceremony can draw inspiration from the following acts or propose new ideas: • Bala Kanda • Ayodhya • Aranya • Kishikendha • Sundara • Yuddha Kanda • Uttara Kanda

Closing Ceremony (Deepotsav)

a) Grand Diya Lighting Ceremony: The closing ceremony will feature a grand spectacle, involving the lighting of a significant number of diyas. This symbolic act should create a visually stunning and emotionally resonant moment.

b) Date and Time: The closing ceremony is scheduled for November 9th, 2023 (Evening).

c) Cultural Extravaganza : Organize a cultural extravaganza that showcases the rich and diverse culture of Haryana. This can include traditional music, dance, and other art forms that represent the cultural heritage of the region.

d) Theatrical Re-enactment of Ramayana Episodes: Present a traditional theatrical reenactment of key episodes from the Ramayana. This should be a captivating and culturally significant performance.

e) Duration of the Closing Act: The closing act is expected to last approximately 30 minutes, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging representation of Haryana's cultural heritage.

f) Number of Artists: Involve 30+ artists who will actively participate in the stage performances, contributing to the immersive and grand nature of the ceremony. HTC will provide arrange the local artists for Deepotsav

g) Costume Procurement: The agency is responsible for sourcing and procuring costumes for all participating artists, ensuring authenticity and alignment with the cultural theme.

h) Props Management: Manage and coordinate all necessary props required for the theatrical reenactment and other performances during the closing ceremony.

i) Aarti for Unity - Symbolic Ceremony: Incorporate a symbolic ceremony, such as an "Aarti for Unity," involving thousands of diyas. This should serve as a powerful and meaningful conclusion to the event.
