OD387336/2025-2026 Providing stone columns of 100 mm diameter formed with 10 mm and down-graded stone aggregates, placed at 27.5 cm centre-to-centre, using disposable mild steel (MS) cone of 1.20 mm thickness of suitable size at the bottom, including cost and conveyance of all materials, MS cone, labour, tools, plant, loading, unloading, and all incidental charges, complete as per the directions of the departmental officers at site.

Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. 2:Rate should be inclusive of Insurance,Transportation, delivery and installation cost for all items

3.Rate should be Exclusive of GST.

4.Work should be executed as per DSR/PWD specification and direction of Engineer at site.

5.CEMENT: Make use Malabar cement only as per Govt. direction and in case of non availabilty of Malabar cement use Ultra Tech, Dalmia, Ramco or eq. brand in the order of preference.

6.RCC: (Assessment of strength of concrete by Cube testing at Approved Govt labs as per IS) Cement make: Use Malabar cement only as per Govt. direction and in case of non availabilty of Malabar cement use Ultra Tech, Dalmia, Ramco or eq. brand in the order of preference.

7.STEEL REINFORCEMENT: Make: Tata,Vaishak, SAIL, JSW or eq primary make in the order of preference

8.CENTERING & SHUTTERING: (Centering and shuttering for different category of work may be considered separately.)
