(a) Removing the existing unserviceable covers from detachable foam cushion and S&F new cover made out of superior quality tapestry cloth of approved quality (locally available), not less than Rs. 550/-per meter) duly stitched as per size of seat & one side be stitched with zip chain of approved quality complete all as specified & shown on drgs & approved by GE

(b) S&F foam cushion 100mm thick and 40density, size 22”x21”x4” duly covered with new tapestry cloth & duly stitched as per size of seat and one side be stitched with zip chain (of approved type/ design/ colour) (not less than Rs. 550/-per meter) appropriate quality fixed as in repairs complete all as shown on drgs and directed by Engr-in-Charge as approved by GE.

(c) Removing the existing unserviceable front legs from Sofa set 04 / 05 seater and S&F new front leg made out of Teak Wood duly finished to match the original as shown on Drg and as directed.

(d) Removing the existing unserviceable Rear legs from Sofa set 04 / 05 seater and S&F new Rear legs made out of Teak Wood duly finished to match the original as shown on Drg and as directed.

(e) Removing the existing unserviceable Battens from Sofa set 04 / 05 seater and S&F new Batten made out of Teak Wood duly finished to match the original as shown on Drg and as directed.

(f) Removing the existing unserviceable Long Rails from Sofa set 05 seater and S&F new Long Rail made out of Teak Wood duly finished to match the original as shown on Drg and as directed.

(g) Removing the existing unserviceable Hand Rest from Sofa set 05 seater and S&F new Hand Rest made out of Teak Wood duly finished to match the original as shown on Drg and as directed.

(h) Removing the existing unserviceable Short Rail from Sofa Single seater and S&F new Short Rail made out of Teak Wood duly finished to match the original as shown on Drg and as directed.

(a) Removing and S&F new top of table bed side made up of 18/19mm thick prelaminated MDF board of shade bavarian beech exterior grade of size 450 x 350 mm complete all as directed.

(b) Removing of old unsv sides of table bed side and S&F new sides of table bed side made out of 18/19mm MDF board of shade bavarian beech exterior Grade of size 450 x 350 mm complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

(c) Removing of unserviceable ply wood back and S&F new back made out of 6mm thick commercial plywood of table bed side of required size complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

(d) Removing of unserviceable shelf / base of table bed side supply and fix shelf / base of table bed side made of 18/19mm MDF board exterior Grade complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

(e) M&L for French Polishing to table bed side with high class finish, including preparation by proper sand papering complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

REPAIRS TO BED PLY TOP/BED NEWAR

(a) Removing of old unserviceable head board and S&F new head board made out of teak wood frame of size 900x600mm including leg and 04mm thick teak face ply ISI marked for both sides & teak wood beading shall be provided all over complete all as directed.

(b) Removing of old unserviceable foot board and S/F new foot board made out of teak wood frame of size 900x450mm including 04mm thick teak face ply ISI marked and 04mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided all over complete all as directed

(c) Removing of old broken long rails and S&F new long rails of shisham wood of size 1800x90x35mm long as per drg duly finished to match the original, complete all as directed.

(d) Removing of old unserviceable worn out ply wood top and S&F new ply wood top of size 1800x900mm of 12mm thick commercial BWR , ISI mark complete as approved by GE & as per drg.

(e) Removing of old broken short rail/center stiffner and S&F new short rails/center stiffner made of shisham wood of size 900x90x35mm long as per drg duly finished to match the original, complete all as directed.

(f) M&L for French Polishing to Bed with plywood Top/Bed Newar with high class finish, including preparation by proper sand papering complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO TABLE CENTRE:

(a) Removing of old unserviceable existing top from table and S&F new top of size as per drg. Top shall be 18/19 mm thick MDF board exterior Grade as approved by GE conforming to IS-12823 Grade-I type-II duly shaded by Bavarian Beech, screwed. Edging all round the top shall be of 4 mm teakwood beads.

(b) Removing of old unserviceable leg and S&F new leg made out of Teak Wood as per drg finished to match the existing surfaces of the item complete all as directed.

(c) Removing the existing unserviceable long rail from Table centre and S&F new long rail made out of Teak Wood duly finished to match the original as shown on Drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge

(d) Removing the existing unserviceable Short Rails from Table centre and S&F new short rails, made out of Teak Wood duly finished to match the original as shown on Drg and as directed.

(e) Removing the existing unserviceable Stiffners from Table centre and S&F new Stiffners made out of Teak Wood duly finished to match the original as shown on Drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge

(f) M&L for French Polishing to Table Center with high class finish, including preparation by proper sand papering complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) Removing of old unservicable drawer and knobs and S&F new drawers of MDF board 18/19mm thick for sides and 6 mm thick plywood commercial ISI marked for bottom including chromium plated knobs as per drawings complete all as specified..
