Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down / Demolition of old textile covering from roof (old WPT) complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete padding, 40mm average thickness laid to required slope, including finishing the concrete surfaces fair and even without using extra cement, including mixing WPC @ 3% of cement (WPC shall be Paid separately), complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick with WPC over RCC roof slab finished even and smooth using extra cement WPC @ 3% by weight of cement (WPC shall be Paid separately), Complete all as specified and as directed.

Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment / specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less 150 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm 9 minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method and as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints are properly sealed as per manufacturer's instructions. (iii) Applying two coats of Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, Benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, saucer drain(including finishing top surface of drain even and smooth without using extra cement), water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, and similar work including use & waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of loose / cracked concrete incl reinforcement if required, from RCC roof projection,chajja,fins,facia etc and making good with Design Mix M-30 in any slab and in any position finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work and welding/binding of reinforcement (including reinforcement) if required complete and match with the existing surface as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks up to 1000 ltr c, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position with Cleaning , repairing,incl complete connection with inlet and outlet with GI / CPVC pipe fitting, float valve complete all as spd and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks up to 250 ltr c, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position with Cleaning , repairing,incl complete connection with inlet and outlet with GI / CPVC pipe fitting, float valve complete all as spd and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

1000 Ltr Cap Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with inlet outlet with suitable PVC Float Valve etc connections all as specified in SSR Part I , fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

500 Ltr Cap Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with inlet outlet with suitable PVC Float Valve etc connections all as specified in SSR Part I , fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing Integral Water proofing treatment (where ever required as directed by Engineer in charge) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately).

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing Integral Water proofing treatment (where ever required as directed by Engineer in charge) complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as on ceiling surface, facia and projection of slabs, and window projection, in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls, soffits & facias of beam, chajjas etc applying two coats of weather proof Acrylic based exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made 35mm thick, 2nd class hard wood , plain framed, panelled shutters, (two panel) with lock rail and, panels shall be of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

Factory made 35 mm thick,2nd class hard wood, glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass/ gauge etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass etc for doors, size of members as specified in clause 8.24 (a) of MES Schedule Part-I Section-8, and fitted to chowkats, kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, PCC protection cover, GI pipe and protection clamps shall be measured and paid for separately.

25mm dia bore galvanised steel water tubing medium grade ISI marked screwed socketed joints complete with all tube fitting (such as bends, elbow, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions) and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs or laying in trenches also cutting, screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required at site including taking down the existing pipe line with fitting complete all as specified and as directed.
