Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 630 ampere, four pole (TPN) MCCB of any reputed make having 50 ka breaking capacity at Zandbatti lift irrigation scheme. The MCCB shall be complete with magneto thermal over load protection system of suitable range. Job includes providing/fitting of suitable size of nuts, bolts and washers required for fitment of MCCB on the wall of CGI Shed through suitable arrangement and fixtures. Job further includes providing and fitting of required size and no. of copper thimbles by way of proper crimping of cable termination ends, to connect incoming and outgoing cables. All the tools and tackles like hand drill with drill bits and crimping tool etc. required for completion of the job is to be arranged by the firm. The MCCB shall be tested on full load after proper installation. The job shall be carried out by engaging highly skilled labourers well versed with the job of installation and testing of MCCB′S. This MCCB is to be used as main circuit breaker for entire system of the scheme. Make Legrand/ schneider/L&T make approved under EOI.

P/F of 10 Watt 08 N0. LED Lights for the above cited scheme of reputed make. Job also includes P/F of 1.5 Sq mm cu cable (90 mtr) along with proper taping, & on/off switches (03 No), along with allied fittings. All tools and tackles for the fitment of above items shall be provided by the firm.

Providing & fitting, of 315 Ampere MCCB having breaking capacity of 35 KA at 415v Ac .The MCCB shall be 3pole and shall be of standard/ Havells/ L & T/ as approved in EOI. The job includes providing fitting of 06 No’s thimbles of required size for fitting of the MCCB. Each MCCB is to be used to control each unit individually.

P/F of (0-200 Amp Range) ampere meter along with suitable amperage CT Coil with the replacement of old damaged one on the panel board of said LIS. Job includes providing and fitting of required size and quantity of copper cable for completion of the job at site.

P/F of (0-500 Range) volt voltmeter (03 no.) of reputed make to the panel board of said scheme. Job includes the charge for the replacement of old damaged copper connection leads with new ones, with proper insulating taping material.

Providing, fitting, testing and commissioning of 19/0.064 copper conductor required for installation of various electrical equipments at the same site LIS Zandbatti, for working voltage up to and including 1100 volts. The cable shall be PVC insulated, single core, stranded, having sequential marking on outer sheath. Job includes termination of ends with suitable size thimbles duly crimped and taped as may be required at site. Acceptable make shall be Finolex/ Gloster/as approved in EOI.

Providing, placing in position and erection of suction gantry fabricated out of ISMB 200 (05 mtr) as Horizontal girder, ISMB 150 (12 mtr) as vertical posts, ISMC 100 (10 mtr) to be fitted on vertical posts each on either side below a suitable distance from horizontal girder so that it can act as working plateform besides strengthening the gantry structure& ∟40x∟40x6mm (12 mtr) to tie the whole gantry structure with the existing CGI Shed or as will be suitable as per site conditions. Charges include cost on account of civil works to be needed for completion of the job by way of Providing and laying in specified cement concrete in (1:2:4) mix, [1-cement, 2-course sand, 4-graded stone aggregate] about 04 cums. Charges include curing and cost of farm work. Charges further include carriage of material by mechanical transport to site including loading and unloading. The concrete is to be laid for grouting of vertical posts of gantry. Job includes providing fitting of 02 ton capacity chain pulley block of any reputed make for easy handling of the equipment.

Providing, placing in position and erection of gantry [inside CGI Shed] fabricated out of ISMB 200 (05mtr) as Horizontal Girder, ISMB 150 (08mtr) as vertical posts, ∟40x∟40x6mm (06 mtr) as tie supports to be tied with braces of shed and gusset plates etc for handling of various electrical and mechanical equipments inside shed. Charges include cost on account of civil works to be needed for completion of the job by way of Providing and laying in specified cement concrete in (1:2:4) mix, [1-cement, 2-course sand, 4-graded stone aggregate] about 02cums. Charges include curing and cost of farm work. Charges further include carriage of material by mechanical transport to site including loading and unloading. The concrete is to be laid for grouting of vertical posts of gantry. Job also includes providing fitting of 03 ton capacity chain pulley block of any reputed make and 03 ton capacity monorail to be fitted on the bridge/ Horizontal girder of the same gantry.

Supply, handling, laying, fitting, testing and commissioning of 250 mm dia, M.S pipe, 5.6 mm thick. Job includes fabrication of off sets, to be fabricated out of the above pipes as required for proper alignment of pipes as per site requirement. The pipe is to be used to connect the pumping unit with the rising main. Job includes extraction of damaged pipes and shifting them to sub divisional store at Handwara. make Jindal/Suriya Parkash/ as approved in EOI IS-3589:2001.FC 410.

Replacement of damaged sluice valves by way of Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 250 mm dia DI Sluice Valve with Matching Flanges and Fitting Material. The sluice valve shall be cast iron, double flanged, non-rising spindle, horizontal with PN-1. The valve shall be complete with hand wheel. The make shall be IVC/ VAG/ as approved in EOI or equivalent Job includes dismantling of damaged ones by cutting the pipe using oxy acetylene gas plant at site and shifting them to sub divisional store at Handwara.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of 250 mm dia, DI Reflux Value duly fitted with By- Pass arrangement to be fitted in the already laid rising main of LIS Zandbatti. Charges include cost on account of providing and fitting of matching flanges and fitting material required for completion of the job at site. Job includes earth excavation to expose the underground pipe and then to cut it by using oxy acetylene gas cutter at site for fitting of reflux valve. The reflux valve shall be of cast iron, double flanged, horizontal with PN-1. The make shall be IVC/ VAG/as approved in EOI.

Dismantling of all 300mm diam.s suction pipes (approx. 20 feet long horizontal and vertical), tail pieces, foot valve, bend etc. by way of cutting out rusted nuts/ bolts and shifting at upper contour for thorough inspection of damages and repairs to the same. Then refitting of the same pipes along with all other accessories to new pumping unit by way of replacement of all worn out nuts/ bolts/ washers and R.I Cloth washers. Cost include charges on account of all types of handling at site and arrangement of all tools and tackles like tripod stand, chain pulley block, welding generator etc. required for completion of the job.

Repairs to the mild steel rising main consisting of 200 and 250 mm dia MS pipes at various spots by way of cutting, grinding, Welding and belting using welding generator at site including earth excavation where ever required as per site conditions.

Repairs and renovation to the partially damaged existing CGI Shed by way of following. • Cleaning of the damaged floor by way of Dismantling of damaged concrete floor and disposing it off outside the shed along with other material like mud etc to a lead of more than 50 meters. • Providing and laying in specified cement concrete in (1:2:4) mix, [1-cement, 2-course sand, 4-graded stone aggregate]. Charges include curing and cost of farm work. Charges further include carriage of material by mechanical transport to site including loading and unloading. The concrete is to be laid for forming of foundation block for pumping unit, repairing of floor and raising the machine floor level slighty higher to prevent it from off and on submergence due to changing water levels in source pohrunalla and to repair the damaged plinth of existing CGI Shed. (15 Cum) • Repairs to the CGI Shed of same station by way of replacing 06 No. damaged CGI sheets of size 10’x3’, SWG 26 by providing fitting of new sheets of same specifications, with the help of J hooks and nuts. job also includes repairs and refitting of the damaged window on the suction side of the same CGI shed by way of cutting & welding work. Job further includes welding of other cracked spots (12 Spots) on the truss and angle iron skeletal of the same CGI shed. • Replacement of damaged 7×10 feet rolling shutter by new one of same specification.

Extension to the Existing CGI Shed by way of Fabrication, providing, erection of suitable size with adequate height CGI Canopy shed fabricated out of ISA 50× 50× 6mm for vertical posts, M.S Gusset plates of size 6”× 6” ×8mm, horizontal and diagonal braces out of ISA 40× 40× 5mm, trusses fabricated out of ISA40× 40× 5mm and covering of roof and four walls of the structure by 26 SWG CGI Sheets. Cost include charges on account of allied civil works required for grouting and plinth etc. job further includes Providing of 6`× 6` bed fabricated out of angle iron 40×40×5 mm frame and legs (of height not less than 2.5 feet ) duly covered with 19 mm ply board having adequate supports for strengthening. Job includes providing of required size of thermocole and standard quality excel as matting to the above fabricated bed.
