Demolition of brick / stone masonry / Block masonry work built in cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks exe 10 cm thick, in width (with plain or inter locking joints as directed) setting in CM 1:6 complete in wall or pillars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry except blocks or slabs set in cement mortar 1:6, exc 10cm thick, in width (with plain or interlocking joints) in wall or pillars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick/stone/ PCC block masonry wall surface in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforcement cement concrete pipes, 450mm bore, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement cocrete cover slabs (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:4 for manholes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT CRS bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts of (RCC, wooden or steel) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete or brick work of any position place including swan neck fencing post and making good to disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh / chain link fencing, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and making good surface in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix mild steel section for post and struts for fencing including cutting top to shape as directed drilling hole notching for wire etc. or flat iron fillet (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting, using steel section of grade E-165 (Fe-290) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F irons steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts, n. exc 5cm long , diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC coated chain link fencing 50mm x 50mm x 4mm thick mesh secured with MS flats, straining bolts including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : Staining bolts, nuts and washers as supply only, flat iron and 10mm dia round bars shall be, measured and paid separately.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil and removing debris from MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick (75mm thick), watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filling in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling (25mm thick sand screed bed) under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50 mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating on top surface, with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick as in leveling course of flooring & roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filleting in any position and to any shape and the section of fillet exc. 25 sq cm but n exc. 50 sq cm in cement mortar 1:4 including all mitres, stops, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including all nacessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil exc 50m depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers (hard / dense soil) not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete as directed and including necessary use and wase of formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3 (nominal mix) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in slab, chajjas and like complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of white wash on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials (cement concrete any description, bricks, stone slab and tiles, bricks dust or mud etc) to any distance beyond MD land the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations complete all as specified and directed.
