S&F, 0.63mm galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and ashers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F, 0.63mm plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling timber in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Plain fillets. square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads of Iind class soft wood sectional area exc. 13 Sqcm and not exc. 20 Sqcm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Plain fillets second class softwood exc. 3 sqcm & n exc. 6 sqcm square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 12mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.(The rates are include to taking down and refixing electrical fitting and fixtures properly in working condition).

S&F in repair for 2.00 mm thick PVC tiles/ sheets, laminated plain coloured, marbled mosaic or mottled finish, laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors and skirting etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for taking down cement plaster in walls, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:4 on any faces of stone or concrete block surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkhets or frames exc. 1.5 sqm but n exc 4 sqm each and without taking off shutter from frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F, Pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size , quality or description) from wooden frames, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 3 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from wall and applying one or more coats of putty and primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper on old/ new decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including preperation of surfaces by brooming or by steel wire brushing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for one coat of cement base paint on old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including preperation of surfaces by brooming or by steel wire brushing,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint to newly painted walls of any description over 10cm width or girth over a coat of primer including preperation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint to old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including preperation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint to old painted steel surfaces of any descriptionover 10 cm width or girth including preperation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring(light,fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit(credit for above items should be made as per conitions separately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for concealed Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1 Sqmm stranded for earth continuity wire, to be drawn in and including, PVC medium grade surface casing capping not less then 20 mm width with MS sheet metal sunken switch/Terminal box 1.2 mm thick and ebonite switch board cover 3.0 mm thick or PVC moulded switch board and brass screws with cup washers including all necessary wall cutting and making good disturbed surface all as directed and specified MAKE OF CABLE - Standard / PLAZA / HAVELLS & MAKE OF PVC CASING/CAPING - PRICISION/PRESSFIT/MODI .Note : Cutting chases and making good to match with the adjoining surface shall be included in the unit rate.
