REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF SIX OHT FOR FRESH WATER AT NAVAL DOCKYARD VISAKHAPATNAM UNDER GE(I) DM VISAKHAPATNAM

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) as in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) in lintel beam and like work complete all as specfied and directed

M&L for formwork to lintel beam and like work complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia as reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition all padding concrete over RCC slab over roof, including removal of waste material away from Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding concrete and kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster over padding concrete cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound as per manufacture instructions by weight of cement and finish the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement (supply WPC Included in Quoted rate of the item ) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for chipping (30mm to 75mm) of existing damaged, crakced, spalled & loose portion of concrete of the RCC members completely till the reinforcement is exposed and sound concrete is observed by using mechanical means and manual chisels and further the surface is cleaned with water jet, again clean the surface with blower to remove all loose fine particles present in the surfaces and for removal of dust and loose particles including hoisting assembling and fixing of double layer steel scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(a)Removeing rubbish off the premises and disposting at outside ND land no seprate paid. (b) Work shall be carried out at any location or height i.e. Hills etc cost of the work deemed to be included in items.

M&L for preparation of exposed surafaces of rusted steel reinforcement with metal wire brush , cleaning the rusted surfaces free from loose rust and application of rust remover cum passivator painted with brush to the rusted reinforcement , and removing rust with flex after 24 hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paper and thoroughly washed with water with the help of pressure jet and allowing it to dry complete all as specified and directed.( Length of cleaned reinforcement steel bar shall be measured for payment.)

M&L for preparation of surfaces of steel of reinforcement by cleaning thruoghly and providing, mixing and applying zinc anti-rust agent as per manufacturers method of application to rebar corrosion protection system to reinforcement Fosroc or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASFor any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch @3.75Kg/Sqm surface of steel reinforcement in two coats complete all as specified and directed.
